The formerly young demigods have settled down and now have their own families, meaning you can enter an OC to be one of Percy or has friend's children, as long as it makes sense! Meaning Grover and Juniper wouldn't have a demigod child.
All of the mains are aloud to adopt children, of course, and one needs too ;).
There are also a few characters that still need a love interest OC, so the some people will need to enter characters for them!
