this probably won't be accurate but oh well

I sit at the dining table waiting for the boys. We are so going to be late. Luke runs past me with a towel wrapped around his head and Calum is frantically looking for some pants. Michael and Ashton join me by the door and watch in amusement. After another 10 minutes of waiting they are finally ready so we walk out the door but then they start arguing over who gets to drive.

"Just hurry up and get in the car!" They all look at me before hurriedly climbing in the car. I end up sitting in the middle between Ash and Luke. We all remain silent the whole way to the courthouse. We arrive and i just sit there staring at it. Ashton grabs my hand and pulls me out slightly. 

"You have got this okay, you don't have to talk. You'll be with us the whole time." We walk inside and i feel all the eyes on us. Ash walks in front of me and leads me into a row of seats. Michael and Luke following behind. Calum blows me a kiss before walking to the gate where is is told to sit next to our lawyer. 

The judge starts talking but i blank to until Marcus gets called to the stand. 

"Did you or did you not abuse Matilda Matthews?" He smirks and looks at me.

"I did, and I am proud of it. If i have to go to jail so does Marissa as she also took part."  I rest my head on Ashton's shoulder and he hugs me tightly knowing i really wanted to leave.

"Can Mr Calum Hood come to the stand please?" Calum stands and walks over to the stand before sitting down. "How has Matilda been since she has started staying with you?"

"Well, when i first met Tilly she was very shy but now she has evolved and is a lot more confident. She is doing well in school and isn't afraid to ask for help. When Marissa was staying with us she seemed a lot more fearful and it was hard to get her comfortable." The judge nods.

"So overall, Matilda has been a lot happier staying with you without her mother."

"I believe so yes." The judge nods again.

"I call a recess, we will gather again after a short break." People start standing up and i do the same. Marcus stands up and starts storming in our direction. Michael and Ash push me behind them and Luke holds me.

"Come here you little bitch!!!" Security pull him back before he can reach us but i am already panicking. My breathing starts to quicken and the boys all stare at me trying to calm me down. I feel like the whole world is looking at me. Calum runs over and picks me up.

"I'll calm her down, we'll be back." He speed walks out of the room and into the family bathroom. He places me down on my feet before taking his jacket off and putting it on the floor. He sits me down on his jacket before sitting next to me. He grabs my chin and turns my  head to look at him.

"hey, hey sweetie you're okay. You won't have to go back with them, the judge believes us. They all do, they just want to talk about how long they should get." I feel a tear slip out my cheek and he wipes it away. 

"I- I don't want to l-leave y-you." He smiles softly before pulling me into him. 

"Hopefully you won't have too." We sit there for a few more minutes until i calm down. He stands up before pulling me to my feet, he grabs his jacket from the floor and draping it over his arm and grabbing my hand. "C'mon sweetie, let's join the others." We walk out the bathroom to see the boys pacing outside once they see us they run to us and hug us. 

"We've been called back in." I sigh before Calum leads me back in the room. He lets go of my hand and Luke quickly puts his hand in mine.

"We'll be together soon okay?" I nod and feel another tear roll down my face. Calum wipes it away before pulling me into another hug. Once he lets go, Luke pulls me gently back into our seats and I watch Calum walk back to his seat. 

"Court in order." Everyone looks to the judge. "I have been told Marissa Matthews wanted to speak, I don't know what about giving we all think you're guilty." Mum 'Marissa'  stands up and calls out.

"I am not guilty, i never did anything. Calum hit her too, he can't keep her." The judge angrily sighs.

"We have evidence that leaves you guilty, we have eye witnesses of you abusing your daughter. As for Mr Hood i believe Matilda trusts him completely and I just witnessed that before you walked in. I believe Mr Hood would be the best caregiver for Matilda." Marissa just sobs before sitting down. "Now we have come to a conclusion that both Mr Green and Ms Matthews should serve 10 years in prison and that Calum Hood will be the legal guardian for Matilda Matthews." 

The boys all stand up and cheer but i sit there in shock. I see Calum stand up and I do the same, I squeeze past Luke and Michael and stand in the isle. Calum walks through the gate and i just run at him and jump in his arms. He grabs me and twirls me around making the remaining people awe. "Now that is a happy family!" I smile brightly and the judge and mouth thank you. The boys run over and i hug them all tightly. I am beyond ecstatic!

Little bit sad but also heartwarming? How are you liking this?
