I walk down the sidewalk, the crisp air of the night making me feel even more at peace.

For a second.. That peace is broken.. I feel as though, someone is watching me.. I feel someones eyes piercing through my soul.. It is probably nothing, so I keep walking heading home but I have my guards up. I check the time
5:29 a.m.
I've been out here for a while now. I start heading home, the feeling of being watched never left me leaving me to check over my shoulder every five seconds. I don't like this feeling at all, my stomach feels as if I'm gonna throw up from nervousness I start to speed walk and as I do I hear a low chuckle causing me freeze in place for a second and turn to look where it had come from.

There, stood a man under the street light, wearing a white hoodie that was stained with crimson, his pants and shoes were black so there's no telling if there was blood on them.. I saw his face, his startling features.. There lie on his face, a smile.. A bloody scared smile that was carved into his skin which was white as snow, his eyes.. They were dilated and had black rings around them. His jet Black hair covering some of his face. he looked as if he hadn't slept in days, maybe weeks even. All he did was stare at me.. I saw him getting ready to run at me, immediately I reacted, turning around and booked it.
I could hear him laughing at my attempt to get away, there's no way I'm gonna fight with him but I'll try my all to get away

After a few minutes of running I finally get to my house and loose sight of him, I immediately climb onto my roof and into my window I slam it shut and locked it not caring if anyone heard anymore I was in pure shock and feared for my life. I closed the curtains and took a deep breath.
Oh how happy I was to be home for once, I decided to check the time again
5:45 a.m.
All that running made me so exhausted so I lay in my bed and I slowly drift back to sleep
"let me wake in the morning to nothing but peace.." I say to myself
But I know, asking for peace.. Was always to much.
