Everyone said they were picture perfect,
Having the time of their lives,
They knew not to take it seriously,
For it wasn't going to last. However,
She started to get attached,
Forgot this romance had a catch,
And it was only a matter of time before the flame died.Everyone had warned her to use her head,
But she simply just forgot,
She loved him too much,
Too much to willingly let go.He was the only thing she thought she'd always have,
Now she arrived to her room to find her bed full of roses,
Arms wrapping around her waist,
Him whispering in her ear that he'd never forgot her,
That he loved her,
That he thanked her for taking the time to be with him even though they all knew it'd come to a painful end.She turns around,
Tears in her eyes,
Tears in his eyes. They share one final kiss,
The rain is pouring but they don't care,
Outside their airport they say goodbye,
Closing their storybook for the very last time.
