This one is a bit long. Or long compared to the others so far, 3191. The rest have been up to 1000

Sans fixed his expression as they passed Muffet's bakery, his concern for the human beside him growing as he watched her tired eyes shut for a moment her legs stopping before she continued. Did she have makeup on?

Sans shook his head. He really didn't give two shits but Frisk would slay him like all the stories of knights and dragons if he didn't help somehow. The skeleton glanced around looking for perhaps some directions to figure out where they were. He'd been listening to Gaster and Asgore speak for a while about the humans instead of watching the world around which had only made Sans feel grumpy.

Just a few blocks away passed an inn that was unreasonably large, a wooden building labeled Library sat comfortably quiet. Beside the building signs for the parade coming up only a few days from today sat peacefully in the grass, along with a farmers market and a crowd of people. Beyond that point was a long road till it reached the city. Scrub humans didn't want the monsters close by. At least they left them alone.

As Asgore and Gaster began to walk across the street still chatting, Sans called to them, "Chara and I are going to the Library!" He grabbed the humans wrist and dragged them across the street before any cars could come and especially so Chara might wake the heck up.

Asgore and Gaster only glanced back to Sans nodding before continuing on their way. Sans gazed back at Chara who stood shocked by the sudden movement. Then suddenly she snatched her hand away, looking Sans up and down rubbing her wrist. "Don't touch me." She grumbled hardly loud enough for Sans to hear.

The skeleton only glanced up at the sky the clouds beginning to gather into gray. "Your welcome. Now come on." He said turning away from Chara. He quickly looked back to make sure she was following, which luckily she was, but she looked lost only gazing at Sans shoes, ignoring the rest of the world.

Shadows from the buildings hung over the two as they walked passed the inn. The roof of the building was a soft red the walls tan. It looked quiet inside not much movement going on though a few cars parked in their lot.

As they entered the Library, Sans walked slower for Chara gazing around the place. A group of computers were clustered around the entrance, the seats messily spread around. Sans led Chara around towards a bookshelf spotting where he wanted to go. Near the teenage section of the library hidden by a shelf of books, a gray couch, a blue furred seat, and a few green and yellow bean bags grouped together on a maroon colored carpet. Thankfully no one there.

Sans, making sure Chara didn't trip on any books laying around or chairs, led the human to the couch letting her sit down before sitting down himself all tuckered out. Chara only groaned as they sat and Sans glanced at her, hunger gnawed his stomach. He wasn't sure Chara would like to teleport and thankfully he brought his wallet. Deciding to be nice though, he asked kindly, "Do you want anything from the farmers market?"

The human picked her head up slowly, her gaze was droopy but still held a fierce glare, "Don't try to take care of me." She growled. Sans only frowned, "Well I'm getting hungry, sorry for asking."

There was an awkward pause. Chara stared at the skeleton, her gaze seemed to be somewhere else though. "We just sat down are we already leaving?" She asked though it took longer for her to speak. Sans couldn't believe how much he could frown.

"Stay here."

"What?"

"Just stay.."

Quickly, he teleported to the farmers market. As he landed, hating how his body throbbed a few times. Since Sans actually hadn't teleported ever since they'd gotten out the underground, he had afraid he'd miss something beautiful from not walking, the skeleton glanced around the market. A few monsters jumped at his presence but he didn't care about them. Hunger pulled at his stomach and realization that he hadn't eaten since dinner yesterday made him smack his forehead. Sans hated feeling hungry. Absolutely despised it.
