Izuku: After that 7 months since I stop following the Heroes society, the city went into drastic changes. Slowly crime rates has been going up lately in Japan. Because of that, the Japanese Government took extreme measures of security in their home Country. So they started to work with a American technological company that's good with the security of crime, and that Company was CtOS. But however that soon failed in security due to the world being full of people with a superpower called quirks, but the Ctos company still kept going on by selling their Technology and giving everyones information to the Japanese Government. In hopes of making their home a safer place, but the Government still needed the way to protect people among the streets of crime....

Eraser-Head: Surrender Now or we'll have to engaged in combat.

Izuku just standing where he is as the flock of people were leaving to escape the incoming battle between the Heroes and The Vigilante. Then he looks at the Black haired girl he quickly says....

She sounded worried knowing the fact that the Vigilante can't hold his own against 3 pro heroes. At least she thinks, but Izuku didn't care for people to worry about him. All he needed to do is to get her out of the district sight.

Eraser-Head: Even if your right, your still fighting crime illegally, so it's obvious your were going to face up the authorities at some point.

Izuku said while he was Secretly pulling out his phone without the pros noticing.

Mt. Lady: Actually you're considered a public menace.

Izuku: (Since when did I become a public menace) How am I a threat to society Mt.Lady? I'm helping people while you Pros can't.

Then the Heroes started to get aggravated.

Mt.Lady: You want to know why your a threat!?

Izuku just nodded.
