Okay! Incase the title confuses you, it means that Shiyoko is a normal child. No experiments. She's just a half clueless child who was left in the middle of a storm by her worthless father who didn't want her after her mother died...

Third pov

It's about four in the afternoon, but the weather made it look like in the middle of the night. That's how dark it was! A heavy storm was ragging angrily at any and everyone and in the middle of it, soaked to the bone stood a two years old.

She was barefeet, cold, wet and crying her eyes out as she walked aimlessly on the empty street.

"WAHHHH!!!! Tou-sa?! Tou-sa!!! Where you go?" She cried out unable to see through her tears and the rain.

She continued to cry her little lungs out until she walked into the foot of someone's leg falling onto her back. The person she bumped into turned curious about what hit them. Shock appeared on their face.

"A baby!?" She stooped down and still holding the umbrella over herself and now the tiny child she helped her up. "Oh, sweetheart, what are you doing here?! And in this weather too!" She exclaimed using her rag to wipe the water from her face.

"Tou-sa... tou-sa left me..." she sniffles eyes gathering more tears to cry. Suddenly she sneezed. "Sowry..." The woman on the other hand was silently raging.

Who the hell is the fucking ass to leave their kid in the middle of a motherfucking storm?! I'm going to strangle that no good bitch...

However, despite her anger and thoughts she kept a gentle smile on her face and kicked up the soaked, cold and wet child.

"It's alright sweetheart, I'll take you home and call the cops to come get you, yeah? What's your name darling?" Having a better look at the woman now the little girl saw that the woman holding her had ash blonde hair and beautiful red eyes.

Pretty...

"Shiyoko... Morizukani Shiyoko..." she answered timidly.

"Alright, Shi-chan! I'm Mitsuki! Bakugou Mitsuki!" Mitsuki smiled and kept walking.

She kept Shiyoko close to her to get her jacket to try and keep the child as warm as possible with her already being soaked. She didn't care about the fact that since Shiyoko was wet or that she was soaking through her top as well.

Eventually they made it to her house and she entered announcing her presence in the house. After she did however...

"Katsuki!! Get your ass down here!!!" She yelled causing Shiyoko to jump.

Mitsuki set Shiyoko down on the floor by their shoes. She sat on the step a little higher blocking Shiyoko from seeing anyone while also blocking anyone from see her.

"The fuck do you want old hag!?" Came an angry male teenage voice as he stomped down the steps.

"Get your father to see if he can get onto the police, then go and bring me a towel! Move with some life and stop dragging ass!!" She snapped.

"Tch." He rolled his eyes and went to do as told, angrily of course.

When he came back with the towel he saw something blue standing in front of his mother. Confused he walked closer to see a tiny kid staring up at him the moment she noticed him
