Ch.8

I haven't slept since last night, I've been awake seating outside in the balcony. I seen by the time Connor had left. now its 7:09 am, I get up and walk inside. I walk in the bathroom and decided to get ready, I shower and brush my teeth, I walk back in my room.

I put on black undergarments and rub lotion over my body. I put on a black V-neck, dark jeans, and black converse. I blow dry my hair and straighten it, I grab my shades and leather jacket. I walk downstairs and sit down, I serve myself a plate of French toast and fruit. Once I'm done I walk out the house and get in the Mercedes Benz.

I start heading towards a shopping dress store. I park the car and get out, its early so the shopping district is empty and the shops are open. I walk in and start raging through the place, until I finally find a black dress.

It was perfect, it was perfect. I pay for it and walk out the shop, I get back in the car and head home. I spent 3 hours in the shop looking around for dressed, so its 10:30 already. I park the car and grab the dress, I walk in the house and head upstairs to my room.

I put the dress in my closet and decide to match the dress with my Lady Daf heels. I close the closet and walk downstairs to see my parents eating along with Avery, I haven't taken off my shades since they'll ask if I slept or not. I walk towards the kitchen and grab a glass of apple juice.

"Lets go, the twins are waiting at the winery already" Avery says

"You can go ahead, I need to do something" I say, she shrugs and walks away

She's still mad at me,I her the front door open and close. I don't really need to do anything I just didn't want to ride with her, I walk out and see she took the Mercedes. I grab the keys to the BMW and get in, I start heading towards the winery. I park the car once I get there, I get out and walk in the winery.

"I'm with them" I say pouting to the group, she nods

I walk over and see Austin didn't come. They all stare at me, their wondering if I'm going to take off my shades. The man stares at me, he smiles and just serves me the wine.

"Ooh I like this one was it called?" I ask the man

"HeartBreaker" he says, I laugh

"That's good, why?"

"Because its too good to have that by the end of the bottle it breaks your heart that its gone" he says, I smile

"Well I want that one for the dinner" I say

"Name?"

"Harper Tristan" I say, he smiles

"So mind telling me why your hot taking off your shades?" he asks, the guys and girls keep on asking him for drinks, he puts another barista and he sits next to me

"Well I couldn't sleep last night since I was heading so many noises, I actually though I was going crazy so I just went to the balcony to have some air and the next thing I know I see someone walking the front lawn and jump the gates" I say, Avery and Connor widen their eyes "I was like my good oh sister is sleeping like a good girl, and since their wants anyone else int he house other than me and my sister an my parents and so I though we got robbed but decided not to call the cops"

"Ahh so someone is having sex" he says, I laugh and nod

"We'll have this one" Avery says, the barista writes down the names of the girls and guys, they get up

"Are you coming?" Avery asks

"No, I think I'm going to hang with my good friend here" I say, she nods

They walk away, I take off my shades and put them in my purse. I smile at the guy and he smiles at me.

"Seth Newman" he says

"You already know my name" I say, he laughs

"So have you planed your future?" he asks

"Yes but it's tough right now" I say

"Boyfriend?" I nod

"I haven't seen him ever since my father forbid me to see him, he hasn't come to visit or anything, we only text that's all and I though he was gonna be here but guess not"

"What are your dreams Harper?"

"Dreams are hard to have" I say, he nods "I got to go and get ready for the ball tomorrow"

"Nice meeting you Harper" he says, I nod

I walk out the winery with my shades, I look ahead and see Morgan and Caroline walking. They smile at me but I don't return it, I keep on walking. I get in my car and start her in towards the spa. I park the at once I get their, thy massage me, I go and do my nails get the color black with white arrow.

I head back home and enter the house, I see my mother talking on the phone and Avery sitting down anxiously. I sit down on the first step of the stairs, they didn't hear or see me come in.

"You've been accepted in culinary school here!" mom yells, Avery yells with happiness

I shrug and walk upstairs to my room, I change into some sweats and T-shirt, I stay in my room watching tv. I hear rocks on the balcony door, I walk over and see Austin. He brings me in for a kiss and walks towards my room without breaking the kiss.

"I missed you" he says breaking the kiss

"I missed you too" I say " why haven't you come visited me? We only text but that's not enough"

"I know, I'm sorry baby, my dad had under lock down in the house and I couldn't get out only Connor could, since he doesn't really follow his rules" he says, I stare at him

"Why do you?"

"Because he said if I go out he'll ale my share of the money away from me, and I need that to make a future with you"

"I love you" I say

" I love you too" he say

"I need to go" he says " remember meet me up on the roof of the town hall"

"Okay, I love you" I say, he gives me one last kiss and he climbs out the balcony

I walk downstairs and walk in the dinning room. I start eating along with them, Avery tells dad the good news about being accepted to culinary school, my father was happy and proud of her. when dinner was over we all walked towards our room, I got ready for bed and laid down and fall asleep.
