Million Years Of Love

Ch.7

It's been 2 weeks and today's is officially October 29. Meaning the ball is just in 2 days, the mayor didn't want us to help this time because it was going to be a surprise to everyone how the place was going to be decorated was a surprise.

I haven't seen Austin since the day he came, We've been texting and its like Ive been falling in love with him over the weeks we've been apart, Avery and Connor haven't seen each other either.

Avery and I have been locked in the house if we go out it either has to be with supervision or the security guards my fathers has hired. Sage and Nora have been coming over to the house too and their not allowed to see the guys either, do our families have that much hate against each other.

"Girls were going to be late!" my mother yells

I run out the room and downstairs where I see my mom, we walk out the house and get in the Range rover. Mom starts heading towards Dr. Gwen therapy home. When we get there we walk in and sit down after signing in, the nurses start calling us name by name. I was the last one, they take me to a room where I remove my clothes except for underwear and bra, I lay down on the bed head down.

The doctor walks in, the nurse applies some kind of gel on my thighs to remove the stretch marks, I've been working out more until my body finally got to the shape I wanted and I got stretch marks along with my perfect body. I try hard not to laugh, the nurse and doctor keep on laughing at my giggles which doesn't bother me.

When she finished I got dressed and walked out the room, the first thing I see is Avery and mom seated on the left, Morgan and Caroline seated across from them. mom stands up and pays the nurse, we walk out the room and get back in the car.

I though she was gonna be gone by now, I though Austin had ended things with her. He did say she came from a poor family, so he most be giving her a place to stay for a while.

Mom parks the car and we get out, we walk in and go straight to our rooms. I lay down in bed and take a small nap.

"Harper!" I hear someone yell, my eyes shot open and I see its Avery and the twins, I sit up

"What?" I ask groggily

"Dad has allowed us to go to the winery to try the wine we want during the dinner"

"Its 6:00" I say

"Tomorrow afternoon silly" she says "and the guys are going to be their"

"Cool, now I'm going back to sleep" I say

"Dinner is ready" Avery says

I get up and walk out my room, I walk downstairs and enter the kitchen to see the chef teaching my mom and Jillian cooking, my dad and dean sipping on wine.

"I though dinner was ready?" I say

"No" my dad says

"Avery said Di-" I start, my eyes widen along with my fathers eyes

He gets up and we run up the stairs fast and over to my room where u see Avery barely lifting the stack of books

"Avery!" I yell before she can grab the envelope

She turns around with wide eyes and the twins come out the bathroom. I stare at them confused.

"What's going on?" I ask

"Sage and Nora had heard their parents talking that dad had given you an airplane ticket" She says " we wanted to know if its true, we wanted to know if you were really able to leave us and AUSTIN"

"So is it true?" she says

"It's true, b-" I start

"We're not gonna be the ones to tell Austin that your leaving, and were not opening or mouths were going to let you handle it" Avery says and walks away from me with the twins

"You guys are sisters, she'll get over it" he says " I will understand if you decide to stay here with Austin"

"Thank you father" I say tears running down my cheeks

"Now go clean up, dinner most be ready" he says, I nod

He walks away, I walk over to my desk. I grab the envelope that contains the ticket, I stare at it. I put it in the drawer and walk towards the room, I wash my face and remove the redness if my eyes with eye drops. I walk out the room and downstairs, I sit down and we all get served. Avery and the twins talked among themselves keeping me out the conversation.

After dinner I decide to skip dessert, I walk upstairs and go to my room. I
Shower and get ready for bed, I walk out to the balcony and sit on the chair with my legs on balcony rail.

I hear a bush move, I tans up and look around. I see someone behind a bush, I look closer and see Connor hiding. I though he hasn't been visiting Avery? what is he doing here? I walk back in my room locking the balcony door, I sneak out my room and run across the hallways to the security camera room. I lock the door and watch every tape from the nights.

Connor has been visiting her ever since! Why hasn't Austin come visit me! we've only been texting. Why did Avery tell me that they haven't seen each other only that they text. I walk back to my room, I lay down in bed and stare up at the ceiling. My eyes close but I'm not falling asleep, my brain is still awake.
