What do you do when you don't have vacation? Niall asked after a while. There was something familiar about him, but I did not know anyone from Ireland so I knew that I had not met him before. He looked at me in a very special way and it was a nice special way. I talked about my hometown and my education as well as my passion for kids and being a teacher while he listened with interest. He seemed like he was really asking of genuine interest and not because you absolutely must ask about something like that. I had wondered for some time now that a lot of the people who walked past us looked suspicious after us. I wonder if I have something in my face? Embarrassing!

I asked him what he had seen in Copenhagen during the day. "I've been on a really cozy and intimate coffee shop. They served one of the best cups of coffee I've ever taste. And I have tasted many different cups of coffee. "The last part he said very convincing. "Then I saw the opera and the National Theatre. The city has some really nice and beautiful buildings." He told me about his walk in the city, as I listened.

"I can understand that it's your first time in Denmark so" I think it was obvious since he sounded like it was brand new invented city. "No. My lads and I were here last year as well, but we didn't see much of the city. We were only here two days." Afterward that sentence I quickly said that they had missed a beautiful city and he agreed.

"What are you doing in town this time then?" He smiled at me, but in a weird and different way. "I play in a band with my four other lads. We are here to play some music like last year." I was surprised that they have taken all the way to Denmark to play music. "A boy band. It sounds exciting and fun. What genres do you guys play in?" We could start to see Kongens Nytorv so our roads were soon separated. "We play mostly pop music and we are an English-irish band. I'm actually the only one from Ireland. "

"I recognize the place now. It was really sweet of you to show me the way." His voice was now different than when we talked about everything and nothing on the way to Kongens Nytorv. It was a bit like he stammered again. It was like his voice was suddenly nervous. His eyes looked directly into mine. "I want to see you again." He said it quickly and I was very surprised. I think that he could see that I was surprised and he looked away. I smiled and said, "How long are you and your friends in Copenhagen? You can get my phone number." He smiled.

I would also like to see him again, but think perhaps it was stupid. He lives probably in Ireland and we don't see each other after the meeting. We exchanged phone numbers and then he took my hand in a very confident way. I was frightened and I got a sense of security through my body. "I must go to my hotel. Thanks for a good walk and talk Isabella. You are a good guide." I could tell that he had been surprised by his confidence himself. His hand was warm and nice. I laughed and did not really quite know what to do with myself. We gave each other a hug and said goodbye.
