Third person POV:

It was dark and warm outside, a breeze blowing the trees ever so softly, music was blaring from El's room, where she and Mike are most likely making out.
Cherry and Jim were in the living room watching TV, Cherry was laying on the couch dozing off, while Jim was in his recliner eating chips.
Suddenly Cherry hears a loud voice "Hey!" Jim said, Cherry looks over to see his recliner all the way back, it looked like it was about to break if he went any further.
And then she sees the door slam shut, "Hey!" Jim said again while sitting back up and putting his chips on the little table next to him.
"Three inch minimum!" He says while getting up and marching to the door of El's room.
"Leave the door open three inches!" He says while pushing his weight on the door to try and get it open
He takes a deep breath and pounds his palm on the door and says "El, open this door."
Nothing
He rattles the door handle and starts pushing "Open the-" He gets cut off by the door opening, he goes in and sees El and Mike on the bed reading magazines.
They both look at him, "What's wrong?" Mike asks him.
(Time skips bc im the time master)
"They're teenagers," Cherry starts, "don't you remember your first girlfriend, and what you and her were doing?" She asked Jim who was back on his recliner glaring at the TV.
"Yes, I do," He tells her "but they still need to have the door open three inches." He argues back.
Cherry rolls her eyes at him. She gets up and starts walking over to El's room.
"What are you doing?" Jim asks his sister. "I'm gonna go talk to her." She tells him like it's the most obvious thing ever.
"Yeah." He said in a 'duh' tone "About what?" He asked.
"It girls stuff, you know like kis-" She starts in a teasing tone. "Okay, okay I get it, I got it." She just smirks at him and goes back to going to El's room.
"Knock knock." She says while knocking on her nieces door. "Can I come in?" She asks.
A few seconds later the door opens, she walks in to she El on her bed upside down. (wink wink)
"How's it going?" Cherry asks while turing her head so she could see her. "Nothing, just hanging out." El replies while giggling a little at her joke.
Cherry let's out a hearty laugh, but quiets down when she remembers Jim is just outside the door, and is probably most likely trying to listen in to they're conversation.
El notices this and uses her powers to close the door. On the other side you could hear an audible groan of annoyance.
The two girls laugh to them selves. "So, what has been going on with you and Mike?" She asks the younger girl. "Nothing much, just-" She starts. "Just what? Just making out?" Cherry asked her while making little kissing noises as she moves to sit down at the edge of her bed.
El giggles at what her aunt said. Over the last two years El and Cherry have become very close, even though she's only known her for two years, it feels like they've been there for each other for El's entire life.
Although El has been through so much and has lost so much she was really glad that she got away from the lab, and away from Dr. Brenner, she's so happy she was found by Mike, Dustin, and Lucas that rainy night.
She's very happy she found people that love and care about her, and she's really happy she found a home.
El sits up to look at Cherry with a smile on her face. "So what are you gonna do tomorrow?" Cherry asks El.
El just shuggs and says, "Mike's coming over again tomorrow." She tells the older woman.
"So," She starts "I've been meaning to ask you...have you to ever...?" Cherry asked. "Ever...what?" El asks. Cherry gulps and starts to get up from El's bed.
"You know what never mind." She tells her. Cherry walks over to the door and opens it, she turns around to look back at El, who was looking at her in confusion.
"Goodnight" She says shortly and walks out of El's room. She shuts the door and leans up against it letting out a breath.
Jim turns to her and smirks while asking, "How'd the talk go?" She looks at him and sees he has a smug look on his face.
"Oh, wipe that face off your head." She tells him. "I'm going to bed, goodnight." She says while walking passed him to get to her room.
"Goodnight." He says while having a shit eating grin on his face.
She flips him off while closing the door to her room. "Love you too Cher." He says. "Fuck off." She tells him. She hears him laughing his ass off.
She walks to her dresser and pulls open a drawer and changes into her pajamas, she turns and walks over to the other side of her room and goes to the bathroom and brushes her teeth.
Once she's finished she goes over to her bed and falls into a deep sleep. She was happy that everything was back to the way it was. But what she didn't know was that everything was not what it used to be, and she didn't know that one Russian scientist was gonna steal her heart, and what she was about to lose...
