Chapter 50: a midst of life over a midst of expectance

THREE YEARS LATER

" MOOOMMMYYY !! " isang maliit na boses na umalingawngaw sa buong mansion ng mga dominguez. Na siyang nagpalingon sa lahat

" oh nandito na pala ang princess namin ehh. wala bang kiss si tito pogi dyan?!! " agad namang lumapit ang bata dito at hinalikan ito sa pisngi and giggled playfully.

" oh tama na yan, Maya !! come here, you eat first before swimming kay?" agad naman itong tumango at kumain na lamang

natutuwa naman si Charm na pinapanuod ang lahat sa kani-kanilang ginagawa. Since nabuo ang malaking circle of friends nila ay nakagawian na ng mga ito magkaroon ng reunion atleast once a year sa loob ng tatlong taon.

at eto nga, di inaasahan ng lahat na ang dating makukulit at happy go lucky na mga kabataan noon ng kanilang panahon ay magmamature ng ganito.

tapos na ang lahat sa pag-aaral at may kaniya kaniyang karera sa buhay. Buhay na kanilang imamanage pamhabambuhay.

" Charm, tara na dun, umeemote ka nanaman jan! " di naman niya namalayan ang paglapit ni Sie sakaniya. Oh kung kamusta na sila ni Steven? walang nagbago sa loob ng tatlong taon, kahit na laging nauuwi sa break-up ang dalawang yan they are still together -- in fact, engage na. Ikakasal na nga sila next month eh

" sira, tara na. teka nasaan na pala sina Bria? di ko pa nakikita?" ika nito habang palinga linga sa paligid

" hahaha. yung buntis nanaman? nasa kusina! pinapapak yung fruit salad doon, tsk. langyang naglilihi. favorite ko pa naman yun!" nagmamaktol naman na ika nitong si Sie sakaniya. Napatawa naman si Charm sa inasal nito, oo nga pala. Bria and Seith got the chance to make-up things between them, and happy na sila sa palaki na palaki pa nilang pamilya, going three na kasi ang anak nilang dalawa and we are so happy for them.

" DAD !! why you so pasaway po? di ba i told you we'll eat na!! then WHY ARE YOU STILL SWIMMING THEEEERRREEEE !!!" napatigil naman ang lahat sa sigaw na iyon at maya't maya pa ay napatawa kami, si Maya kasi, pinapagalitan nanaman ang daddy niya.

Maya is Kuya Warren and Ate Dane's Unica Hija, ewan ko ba at di pa masundan sundan ang batang iyon. sobrang cute pa naman! at ang nakakatawa pa eh under din si kuya ng anak niya. hahaha manang mana sa mommy eh. Pero they really look good together. ang saya magkaroon ng pamilya.

Mico is still the playboy as he is. Sinundan ang yapak ng Kuya Warren at Kuya Seith niya pero eventually, makakahanap din yan ng isang Dane o di kaya'y Bria na magpapatino sakaniya.

the red warriors are still intact with each other, kahit ilang years na ang nakalipas ng iwan nila ang hardcourt and face the reality. Mdami na din ang settled sakanila and the rest mag ssettle na din daw. tiwala lang.

but life is not always on its top. not always on the good side, not always in a happy mode, and nevertheless not so always into a happy ending.

just like Thanny and Geo, di nagkatuluyan ang dalawang iyon, though lagi silang parang master and slave lang ang drama but you can still really feel their love for one another, pero napaka unpredictable naman talaga ng buhay. Thanny went back to Paris para pamunuan ang hottin' purple namin doon and she did opened her own clothing line there. While Geoffrey? he's a top business man now and sa nabalitaan ko ehh engage na dw to a certain business heiress. 

 another is Raven and Alynna. I don't know what did really happened between the two of them pero nagising nalang kaming lahat seeing the old casanova Raven na naglalaganap nanaman ng lagim sa buong city. The boys said na wala na dw sila ni Lian, as they used to hear what he's saying everytime he gets himself drunk. About Lian? wala na din kaming balita sakaniya. My debut would be the last time we saw each other. talked to each other.

Nakakalungkot man isipin but that is really life, it's unpredictable. You might have thought that you were meant for each other up to the end, but apparently,

God just let you know that person to mold a better you.

and that is what I have realized with my relationship with Xtian Benitez.

FLASHBACK 

Charm's POV

Two weeks have passed since that day I became his and he became mine, I am so happy that time that have came to the point of loving him more wholeheartedly  --- more than myself actually.

But then after that too, everything must have gone away like a wind.

We are on our way back to Manila that time, I am here in his car, having some happy chitchats with him when a sudden sound of the car break broke that moment

"sh*t " he uttered and looked at me like something's wrong is going on.

I can't do anything that time. I was like paralyzed letting everything happen in front of my very eyes.

the next thing I knew is that, he was caught

he was dragged inside a chopper nearby us. Nakikita ko siyang nagpupumiglas while shouting my name or swearing those people holding him until he was already inside the chopper.

I wanted to follow him, i wanted to shout his name too. I wanted to curse every single person na kumuha sakaniya.

but here I am. 

in a severe shock.

like in a blink.

 i lost my love ... i lost my life.

after that incident, wala na akong naging balita pa about Xtian, i tried and did my best in search of him but i totally fail. I also tried to seek information sa mga taong nakakasalamuha niya .. pero tulad niya. Zannen, Xander even Mimi .. di na sila macontact pa. wala din nakakaalam kung nasaan sila. Even the warriors --- walang ka ide-idea kung nasaan sila.

I admit that the first few weeks or months after what happened is like hell. To think wala pa kaming first month ng first boyfriend ko. ng first love ko, ng first ko!! and then here it is! nwala siya! kinuha siya sa akin.

Naging laman ako ng bars, i became a goddamn alcoholic and I even got angry to the God above why he need to separate us. Separate us within the moment na we are about to start.

But then as they say, everything has its own reason.

better move on and continue living life at its supremacy.

kaya ngayon. Here I am trying to continue life.

though isa pa ding malaking palaisipan sa akin..

why they have to get him??

why they have to get him away from me?
