Loser trotted through the woods, stepping over twigs and logs, his golden fur shining in the sun. Loser yawned, he fell back onto the fresh, soft, grass. Loser looked up at the clouds, his ear flicking. Cake walked up to Loser and went to lay down on his back next to Loser. Loser looked at Cake and smiled. "Hello there Cake," he greeted. "Hey Loser," Cake responded. Cake looked at the clouds with Loser, swaying his tail. "Have you ever wondered..how those humans live their filthy and dirty lives?" Cake asked. "Who knows, some might actually be doing something useful in life," Loser replied. "Storms are coming," Loser whispered, looking at Cake. "Is that a prophecy?" Cake asked. "Could be," Loser trilled.
Leafy licked her paw and rubbed it on her head. She opened her eyes to Firey looking at her from his side. "Oh- hey Firey," Leafy mewed. "Changed your mind about sleeping?" Firey nodded, his tail lowered. "Hey Leafy?" Firey meowed. "Yes?" Leafy looked at Firey with a gentle voice. "I'm sorry I forgot about you, but I do remember you now and.. I have gained feeling for you Leafy, and- I want to spend more time with you. I never got the chance to confess my feelings to you ever since I forgot about you, I was gonna do it when I saved you," Firey said with sadness in his tone. "I like you- and- maybe more then a friend."
At that point Leafy's eyes where sparkling. Her ears flattened, her heart wild. "I feel the same- about you," Leafy whispered. She had a tear in her eye now, she blushed deeply. All though Leafy seems a bit oblivious about someone actually love-loving her, she understood it all. Leafy hugged Firey with her neck. Firey closed his eyes, love was granted.
"Taco! Where were you! Abandoning us attempt?" Book screeched. Taco flinched, she groaned. "I only went hunting-" Taco yipped. "That was a pretty long time!" Book snarled. "Look Book, I know you think everyone that leaves abandons you, but lets face it. When you leave maybe I can say you abandoned us," Taco explained. Book growled as her ears , flattening. Book licked her whiskers and stumbled off.
Loser trotted towards the lake, he dipped his nose into the lake. Loser lopped the water into his mouth, Cake watching and smiling. Loser turned to Cake. "I thought you'd like to drink too," Loser assumed. "I drank a puddle, i'm fine," Cake said. It then started raining. Loser ran to Cake, licking his ears. Cake blushed, giggling. The two walked back to camp, rubbing their heads together. Loser sat on a rock and yawned, staring at Cake. Cake tackled Loser. Loser yelped playfully, giggling. "Heheh," Cake chuckled. Clock looked at them. "You two toms in love?" He asked. "Whaat! I'm not gay!" Cake screeched, blushing. "I wouldn't be ready to date anyone yet," Loser commented. Cake nuzzled Loser. "We are only sharing tongues."
