Evan slowly separated the junk mail from the shiny black and gold piece of paper he held it in both his hands and read:

You have been invited to the wedding of Connor alexandrew murphy & liam decklun brook.

Evan didn't want to read the rest.... connor was getting married... and it wasn't to evan.

he laid the paper down and went back to his room and just cried

evan had decided to go and support his.... friend?

evan was on his way to the wedding with a million thoughts in his head: pain, hurt,sadness,anxiety but none of them were good

he sat in the satin chair as connor walked down the isle looking absolutely stunning. evans eyes were on connor all the way until connor was up at the reception itself.the rest was a blur for evan he was zoned out until the 'I do's' evan looked up just as connor said- "I do"

and just like that connor, evans one true love, had been married to another man.

but Connor was happy! and that was all that mattered....

and Evan was happy too!........right?
