Jimin's heart sank to the bottom of his body whenever he saw his lifeless best friend draped over Jungkook's wolf body. Tae was always petite but he looked so tiny and fragile in his current state. Especially being swallowed by Jungkook's clothes.

He ran out to meet the Alpha with some clothes and to help with the Omega. Jungkook quickly transformed and changed, not wasting a second before scooping Taehyung up bridal style and running inside. Tears filled his eyes as soon as he locked eyes with Asuna.

"Eomma- p-please" His voice cracked and he felt so weak in front of the Luna who was looking at him with such concern. Jungkook hadn't felt the urgent need to be hugged my his mother since that day when he watched his birth mother die—he prayed to himself that today he could hug Asuna out of gratitude and not mourning.

Asuna rushed over to the table and immediately began inspecting Taehyung's body. She could hear Jungkook's whimpers. "Kookie, I can't focus on Tae with you sitting behind me crying. I'm sorry I need you to wait outside" She didn't want to be harsh, she knew her son wanted to stay. Asuna loved Taehyung, it was hard enough seeing this state or his body—but combining that with her sons sobs. The feelings were overpowering her mind to the point where she couldn't focus on the healing.

Jungkook understood and stepped outside. Pacing back and forth in front of the pack house. Looking in every few moments. Replaying the first time he laid eyes on Taehyung over and over again. The former fluffy-pink-haired beauty was now lying on an operating table, barely clinging onto life. I swear to the moon, if you let Taehyung live moon goddess, I will not waste a single moment with him. Please don't take him from me. P-please. He could hear his voice crack in his thoughts. He looked around and saw that Jimin was inside with Asuna so he felt safe to sob. He sat up against a tree facing the Lunar pack house. Head in between his knees and sobbed. Kicking himself for all the things he should've done differently.

Over analyzing every interaction, the two had shared since they met almost two months ago. He can't help but wonder if things would have turned out differently. Had he ran after Tae the night of the festival—would he have already claimed him as his mate? Would Bogum have left him alone? Tae wouldn't have to suffer. Here he was again, suffering, because of me. Jungkook's sobs are louder now, broken and hoarse.

Suddenly he feels warmth. A familiar warmth but one that he isn't used to in the form of affection. He looks up to see Yoongi. Hugging onto him tightly. They've never hugged before.

"Y-yoo-"

"Shut t-the hell up, a-asshole. I'm hurting t-to ya know. I'm h-his guardian, I-I failed."

Hearing the strong and cold Yoongi so hurt made Jungkook realize just how important Taehyung was. Not just to him but to everyone he came into contact with. Reassuring himself that he was right to fall in love with the omega. He just stayed quiet. Hugging Yoongi back. Both Alpha's feeling defeated and vulnerable, fell asleep against that tree.

Jimin could sense Yoongi nearby so he glanced outside once Asuna was at a stable point. He immediately laughed and cried at the site of the big strong Jungkook cuddling up to a small Yoongi. Both with tear stained cheeks. Taetae, I wish you could see how much we all love you. Jimin smiled to himself, before snapping a picture of the two. He had to show Tae this when he woke up. I know you'll wake up, I can't wait to make fun of these idiots with you.

9 hours later. 8:20 p.m.

Jungkook and Yoongi were still asleep. Though they had been carried inside the house by JM and Namjoon. Both chuckling at how childish their boys' looked cuddle up against the tree.

Both Pack Alphas, Seokjin, Hoseok and Jimin all sat in the living room. Patiently waiting and watching Asuna. Who at this point was exhausted. Healing wolves is tiring—but healing a wolf of Taehyung's power level, is enough to drain all of Asuna's energy. Luckily for her, Hoseok is present. Though he has to limit his choices—unable to reveal his identity. He grants small blessings to Asuna every half hour, replenishing her energy in small amounts. Unable to sustain another minute of waiting, Namjoon stand up and begins to pace the room.
