Chpt.31 Perfect Date

Lydia's P.O.V

I woke up in Mark's arms feeling perfect.Last night was different it was like breakthrough in our relationship. I slowly got out of bed and put on clothes.

I had the usual sweats and a spaghetti strap undershirt.I started making breakfast and listened to music on pandora.

The song We Belong Together started to play and I started to rock side to side.

"Yes we belong together..." I sang.

I felt those strong arms wrap around me and I kept rocking side to side.He did too and it was like we were dancing.

"Good morning beautiful" his raspy morning voice is to much.I have to control myself though.

"Morning sleepy"

The song kept playing and I was almost finished with the food too.

"And we belong together..." Mark sang in my ear then he grabbed my hand twirling me around.

He grabbed my hand and led me through the kitchen past the living room and back to the kitchen.He lifted me up and spun me around I laughed and he kissed me.

His soft lips moved in sync with mine.He licked my bottom lip for entrance I gladly excepted.Our tongues fought and his won.Then we smelled something burning.The food.

I ran and turned off the stove taking the pan to the sink and turning on the water.Smoke went everywhere and I coughed when it went in my face.The smoke alarm went off and Mark started to laugh.

"I forgot about the food this one is my fault I'll take credit" Mark said.

"I was gonna blame you either way" I laughed than started to cough again.

Mark rubbed my back and handed me some water.I chugged it down and started to feel better.Mark turned off the alarm and hugged me.Soaking in every perfect moment I have with Mark.

We sat down and started to eat.Then Mark started the conversation.

"So Lydia I was wondering why don't we go out somewhere"

"Like where?" I asked

"We'll go out to eat have a special dinner and just see what happens later on at night"

I laughed and said ,"okay sounds fun"

I was in the room getting dressed.I had a navy blue dress that hugged my body right showing my curves perfectly.Mark said it was somewhere fancy so I couldn't wait I started to work on my mascara.

Mark's P.O.V

Im taking Lydia to meet my mom.My mom wanted to visit and meet Lydia so I said if we could all have dinner and she agreed my mom is staying at a hotel though.I offered her to stay with me,but she just insisted so I got her the best place I could find.

Lydia doesn't know though and I wanted it to be a secret me and Lydia are gonna have a small dinner then meet my mom at her friends party.Her friend I guess is fancy so we have to get dressed up.Ive met her before but I don't remember.

I had my tux on fixing my cuffs I heard a noise upstairs.I walked towards the stairs and saw her she was beautiful.From the way her dressed showed off her curves and the way she doesn't need a lot of makeup to look stunning.She looks as beautiful as it is without makeup but with make up she's just adds more beauty.She was staring at me with her mouth open I walked over and kissed her.

She came back to reality and kissed back.She tugged on my hair and I couldn't help,but moan.She laughed and said,

"You might have to wait on that"

"Yeah sorry you look beautiful by the way"

She blushed and said,"You don't look so bad yourself" she stood back and stared at me in awe.

I held her hand as we walked towards the car.She had the most amazing smile I couldn't take my eyes off of her and couldn't help but smile when she looked at me.

I came out of my daze when she said,"Mark watch out!"

"Wh-" I felt the side of my face hit the light pole.I rubbed the side of my face and groaned.

"Ow shit"

She laughed and I smiled.

"What you think its funny?" I asked trying to be serious.

"Yes actually I do" she smirked and leaned against the car.I held her waist and leaned in.

"Maybe I should give you punishment and show you it's not funny"

"I'd like to see you try"

I kissed her and bit her bottom lip hard enough not to hurt her,but to feel something.her hands started to go from my arms up to my hair wanting to tug on it.I stopped and she pouted.

"Come on were gonna be late for our reservation"

She nodded and got in the car.We drove for a bit admiring the way the stars lit up and finally made it.

We walking hand in hand and had an amazing dinner.

We laughed and nobody bothered us no weird waitress no fans or paparazzi no nothing just me and my love on the most perfect date.

We finished up and were heading out to our second place.Okay time for her to meet mom.
