Chpt.18 The Lake House

Marks P.O.V

It was friday and we were gonna spend the weekend at this cool lake house.This is it Mark make a move or stay in the friend zone.

"Mark?" that beautiful voice said breaking me out of my thoughts.Her voice is like music to my ears everyday im falling for her more and more.Im not denying my feelings,but she is.

"Yes" I said then smiled at her by the way she looked.

"Are you gonna tell me where we are going?" she asked and smiled that smile that kills me.

"No its a surprise,"

She pouted and I started to laugh"don't do that to me"

"Do what?" She acted like she didn't know.

"That don't pout cause then I give in to your adorable face."

She pouted and I grabbed her hand walking her to the car she let go and crossed her arms waiting for the door to open. I leaned her against the car and put my arm on each side so she couldn't move.

I whispered in her ear, "I'll give you a hint I know you like to swim so they'll be a lake." She shivered and then I laughed.

I know what I do to her, but she denies any more I make. Just wait Lydia cause then imma have you wrapped around my arms where you belong.

"Mark?" she whispered in my ear making me shiver.She knows what she can do to me....sucks cause I'm a man and I give in easily.Her arms were wrapped around me and we were really close to each other.

"Yes?" I gulped as her hands lowered towards my back.

"Open the car please I can't wait to see where we're going since you won't tell me!" she giggled then I unlocked the car.

Lydia's P.O.V

We drove for what seemed like hours, but finally we made it to this beautiful lake house.

"Oh my god, this is so beautiful!" I yelled and he laughed.

The view was outstanding and plus we'd probably go swimming so more shirtless Mark the better.

"Yeah wanna go swim right now the lake looks so awesome!" He said.

"Yeah sure lets go!"

We got out of the car and ran towards the lake forgetting our bags forgetting to change forgetting everything and just went for it.He grabbed my hand and we ran towards the water we stopped and I pulled my shirt off and pants leaving me in my bra and underwear. He scanned me up and down then threw his shirt off and I ran before he can finish.

"Hey, wait for me!" Mark yelled than caught up.

He lifted me up and I wrapped my legs around his waist and he held me and jumped in the cold but refreshing water. I gasped when I got back up and saw Mark was still holding me. I had my arms wrapped around his neck and legs still around his waist. He looked at me with those eyes his amazing eyes that make me melt. He leaned in forward and I did too.

Then our lips met the move with rhythm and he gripped my waist and my hands made its way into his hair gripping it lightly.He slowly walked towards the shallow side and never let go of me. We finally pulled back for air and put if foreheads against each others.

"Wow" we said in union. Breathing heavily he got up me still around him sat on the dock we jumped off.I was straddling on his lap now my legs still wrapped around. I tried to let go but he didn't let me and he sat at the end his legs hanging and he looked at me and said,

"Do you like me?"

"I -I don't know"

"Lydia I know you do but you act like you don't I'm not like other guys!"

"I know but I still have a hard time trusting people."

"Lydia.................I will protect you from him I promise I will take care of you I know things no one else does."

"What do you know?" I asked now I wonder maybe I should let my guard down for once and let Mark help me get over fear of people.

I started to shiver as the wind blew and he noticed.He got up and still had me around him and ket me down gently.

"I'll give you time t-"

I crashed my lips into his and he smiled.

"I don't want time I want you."

He got a blanket and wrapped it around me. He then pulled me close and said,

"Be mine?"

I wrapped the blanket around me and him then said,

"Ive wanted you to say that along time ago"

He smiled kissed me then grabbed our bags and we went inside. I couldn't help but noticed another car driving slowly by the windows were tinted so I couldn't see who it was,but I had a bad feeling in my stomach.

"Hey want chips?" Mark asked with a full mouth and showed me the bag.

I grabbed on popped it in my mouth and laughed.Then my phone rang.

A/N hey guys so how you liking the story so far? Anyways Im trying to update faster and what should happen with them or what is gonna happen. Next chapter gonna be good..........I hope. haha bye guys!
