“Key, I guess it’s better if you remove your hands from my hair now. It hurts!” I exclaimed. Key was holding my hair so tightly. He then released my hair and said sorry. “What are you thinking about so intently?” I asked. He was spacing out so much earlier. “Nothing, don’t worry about it.” He assured me.
“Key~ I want some cotton candy.” I pointed out at an Ahjussi selling pinky fluffy cotton candies. “I get it, I will.” He ruffled my hair and flashed a smile before leaving.
I watched Key leave and wait on queue for the cotton candy. Just then, someone called me “Hana..unnie?” she said. I raised my head and she covered her mouth out of shock. Key then came and shouted “Yong-joo?! Why are you here?” I was so unconscious of what is happening.
The girl who I presume is called ‘Yong-joo’ started breaking down. “Sh-she’s HANA UNNIE!” she shouted then finally passed out. Key carried her and I tried to help. “Is she okay? Let’s rush her to the hospital.” I offered. “No, I think it’s the best for Yongjoo not to see you. Can you go home without me? Or should I call Taemin to fetch you?” he suggested.
“I think so too. Anyway, I can go home by myself. You should go to the hospital now.” I pushed him and fetched a taxi for them. “Are you sure?” he asked while going inside the taxi with an unconscious girl beside him. “Yep, but I expect an explanation. Happy birthday!” I waved my goodbye and closed the door of the taxi. He just nodded and stared at the window then waved.

I was surprised to see Yong Joo here. I left my friends in Seoul including her and never thought she’d go here to see me. On our way to the hospital, she woke up and rubbed her eyes. “Key-oppa..” she said. “You’re awake now? Are you feeling unwell anywhere?” I asked.
“I’m okay Oppa. By the way, did you see it?! Did you see Hana’s ghost?!” she freaked out once again. “That’s not Hana’s ghost, Yongjoo-ah. That’s Eunhee.” I tried to calm her. “But she exactly looks like her! She really is Hana!” she once again started shouting. “I thought so too but she really is Eunhee.” I pacified her while rustling her hair.
“Why are you here anyway?” I finally got to ask. The taxi almost bumped the car ahead of us but fortunately, he stepped the break just in time. “I’m sorry. There’s an accident ahead and it’s going to be so traffic.” The taxi driver explained. “Oh, I see. We’ll take the bus then.” I smiled at him and paid. Yong Joo and I got off and waited at the bus stop.
Her arms slid on my waist and she whispered to my ears “I missed you, Oppa.”

I had a lot of friends during Middle School. Mir, Jinwoon, Woohyun, Jaejin and many more. Perhaps, being the same age as them helped a lot. Jong Yoo or also known as Nicole in our school became my friend since she is Jinwoon’s sister. She have always, always stuck with me no matter what and she keeps telling me that she like me.
Nevertheless, I only see her as a dongsaeng. True, she’s really cute and adorable but there was no spark. I still kept her by my side anyway and treated her just like my own sister.

“Ah, so that’s who she is.” I said. “Yeah. But don’t worry, I still treat her as a dongsaeng.” He assured me from the other line. The phone call he initiated has now lasted for three hours. “I’m not worried about that. I’m worried for her. Why was she so surprised when she saw me?”
“Haven’t I told you before? Hana..” he paused. “..died two years ago.”
(A/N: Hey I'm sorry that this is super short! It's late here now and I just got to touch my laptop. And I wanted to keep cliffhangers by chapters. I'm not sure if I could update tomorrow but definitely on Saturday, I will. Check out Nicole/YongJoo and the 91-liners on the multimedia box! ^^)
