Everyone was moving on with their lives along with the truth that Eunhee is Hana. Taemin was shocked at first saying "I was really close to Eunhee-noona before the accident. No wonder our relationship towards each other have changed big time." Nevertheless, he's happy to meet and live with his cousin.
Hana continued her life as Eunhee in Daegu. Soon, summer fast approached, Key and Hana have just finished their lives as sophomores.
However, they feared for summer to come as it was the time they would confess the truth to Onew who would be the most affected. Come to think of it, his girlfriend died, not Key's.
They decided to tell him what happened after graduation since they were anxious that it might affect Onew's studies. Senior year is always so crucial; they don't want to put that in line. Onew has suffered so much already.

When they told him what happened, he first thought it was all bluff. That it was just some ridiculous joke nobody ever wants to hear. But it wasn't. It was the reality no one ever wanted.
So that is why. That is why she felt distant, different. After the accident, it felt like everything has started again between them. Like they only met yesterday. That's why they never felt something for each other, there was no spark. Because it was not her, it was not Eunhee. It was not the girl Onew loved.
"Please bring me to Eunhee. I want to see her." He forced a curve on his face as he said these words when he finally came into realization that everything they said was true.
Onew walked towards Eunhee's tomb while Key and Hana chose to observe him from afar. They would like to give him some time alone. He paid his respects then broke down immediately with the sight of his diseased girlfriend.
"They said heaven is a happy place so I don't have to worry that much." He wiped off his tears and forced a smile. "So always smile for me and I will have to do the same for you." He broke down and he was already on his knees. "But let me cry this once. Just this once, Eunhee-ah. I promise to get better in time."
After some good 45-minutes, Onew went to Key and Hana. "I'm sorry if I have brought you inconvenience." He apologized formally. "It's okay, man. Anytime." He smiled then Onew shifted his gaze onto Hana and then he blinked twice.
He couldn't stop his self any longer. She just looked so much like her. He hugged her tightly. Hana looked at Key and he just nodded. "I'm sorry. Can I just hug you for awhile? I miss her so much." She hugged back.
"I think God let me borrow you for awhile. Thank you.. I couldn't have made it without you."

Meanwhile, Jonghyun and Yongjoo are getting closer. Jonghyun would make an effort to make her smile at all times. It was hard for her, to think that she was the one who brought them together. But she wasn't too depressed.
Since Jonghyun was there to make her happy. And for the record, he never left her.
