It wasn't easy. Letting go of the person you love the most hurts. It hurts so much that there's no such thing as dating, because, that's something Hazel and Namjoon didn't think about. It just didn't cross their mind, anymore.

Their feelings were still there. Never once, did they move on or tried to. Instead both of them just started focusing on themselves.

Their breakup wasn't the best. It was full of misunderstandings. Namjoon found it hard to tell his family since they knew he was so in love with the beautiful girl he once brought to his parents, and his little sister who prayed for them to marry. The only thing he could say in front of them was that she left for college, nothing about their breakup. He still loved her. Hazel was broken, upset and full of regret just like Namjoon but she still managed to start college with a strong mindset.

There wasn't a day, however, that they didn't think of eachother. It was bad but they had both moved on. No more connection, different phone numbers, everything had changed but deep down they still wondered if the other was doing good and wished eachother the best.

Hazel met friends, grew more mature and focused so hard on school. The first year was tough, the second was difficult, the third was okay and her fourth year was the best. Throughout the years she just got better and better and earned her Business Masters degree. Italy was beautiful but she didn't see herself staying. Now that she was done with college, there was many open positions for her to start working back at home and there was no time to waste.

As to Namjoon, he leveled up from a simple entrepreneur to a whole businessman, running his own marketing company and giving interns a chance to start by working under his company and making their way up from there. He stayed, humble and kind as before just got richer.

It was as if they had started a completely new life. Hazel now, 23. No new dates. No new relationships and no sex. She did crave it. There was times she was ready to risk it all to feel it all over again but she didn't want it to be just anyone. She wanted Namjoon. The way his hands moved up and down her body, caressing her caramel skin. The way he'd make her scream out of both pleasure and pain. The way he made her feel... no one else could ever make her feel the same. There was just no replacement for him.

How she wished to meet again, even if it was for one last time, it didn't matter. She wanted Namjoon, the guy who once made her feel like the only girl in this world. The memories that would play over and over. Those nights, when he'd ask for her to call him daddy.. there was more to that. It was a kink she couldn't help but have for him.

The same thoughts Hazel had, Namjoon did too. How he wished to come across her once again. Make love to her like never before. See her tearing up from pleasure instead of pain, hearing her moaning his name and calling him daddy, something that turned him on even more. Memories of them played in his head, he just couldn't get Hazel out of it. The love he had for her was so big that he moved on from everything except love. To him, Hazel was the only girl. The only one he wanted and still, four years later can't seem to let go of.

Neither ever got back to eachother or even tried replying to their texts, because of how guilty they felt. Both of them were wrong, they could've fixed it but took after their feelings instead which had them end up like this. Needy for eachother. Drunk in all this love they had for one another.

Destiny always finds a way to reconcile people, if, they're meant to be.
