Never Walk Away

The Beginning

He slept on the bed, wearing nothing except his black short pants. Jungkook was coming home so late last night, after partied all night with his fellow group mates. But he didn't go back straight to his home, because his mother will definitely nag at him for being a bad role model to his little brothers and sisters.

Yes, Jeon Jungkook is the eldest son from his family. He has 6 other siblings and they live in not-so-big house. But the worst is, his mother never like his current job, the main vocalist of boy group that often singing and dancing in high school or festivals. She wanted her son to work at office just like her husband, while Jungkook's dream is becoming a successful singer and producer.
The mother and son keep bickering almost every day. Yet, to find peace for himself, he decide to move to a place that he called his second home. It's where he sleeps during 2 years lately. It's where he eats breakfast, lunch and dinner comfortably without being interrupted with his little sister's wailing. It's where he can producing and sing his own music loudly without being nagged by his mother.
It's Jung Eunji's home.
His best friend's home. They already know each other since they were 10.
Eunji is a young entrepreneur, who runs one of her family company. It's a perfume company which its brand is popular enough across the Asia. Not only being the young deputy on her family company, she is also produced her own scent since she majored in Chemistry and graduate with cum laude.

Director Jung bought her daughter a private house as she wished. She was alone before and it bother her enough. No wonder, Eunji let her door wide open when Jungkook decided to move to her house.
And last night wasn't the first time she found her housemate was sleeping next to her.

Eunji was surely letting her one and only guest room to be owned by Jungkook, since the very first day the male decided to stay in her house. But, Jungkook prefers to sleep in his best friend room. He once reasoned he couldn't sleep alone and Eunji didn't mind about sharing her king size bed with the muscular mate.

When Eunji woke up the next morning, she opened her eyes to taking the scene beside her. She saw her best friend sleeping soundly, drooling. A soft chuckle release from her pink lips. Eunji was slowly shifting off from her bed afraid to wake her mate up. She's placing her bare foot on the cold floor of her room before tip-toeing toward the wooden shelf placed on the corner of the room. She took her black DSLR camera and walking back to the bed, taking some pictures of her sleeping friend from some angles she thought it was good enough.

Being amused while thinking Jungkook's angry face when the latter found the photos later, Eunji placing her favorite thing back to its place then walked outside the room. She went straight to the kitchen, brewing a coffee for herself. She actually wasn't a big fan of the bitter taste liquid, but since Jungkook regularly sleep at her house from 2 years ago, she started to grow her interest to the beverage then. She's in love with the smell of the coffee, it's sexy, she reasoned.

As the coffee was ready, she decided to move toward the living room, settles herself in the light blue couch and turning on the television. Today is the first day of summer holiday, she didn't have any plan to do yet she just wanted to enjoy her days without being bugged by assignments from her family company.

Eunji started to sip her coffee and a voice of the door opened then close, catching her attention. She leered her dark brown orbs to the left, to find Jungkook just went straight to her direction. Still with sleepy face, messy hair- and shirtless, the taller walked toward her. Without any greeting, he snatched the coffee from the female before sipping it from the same cup.

"Mind to put on your shirt first, Mr. Jeon?" Eunji hissed.

"It isn't the first time to see me half naked like this, didn't you?" Jungkook flopped next to the girl.
