"Minho yahh" I said in a weak tone. "What should I do?" I asked as I drank my root beer.
We were sitting on bench, the one where we also sat before.
"Look at your heart and see what it wants it's as simple as that" Minho said as he drank his root beer.
"You know it's not that easy when you've got to choose between an unrequited love and some guy I just got close to" I sighed and looked up at the sky.
"Minju during your date, did he look different?" Minho asked me and I remembered the time at the ferris wheel.
"Yeah, he did, he looked cute" The words casually slipped off my mouth and I immediately zipped my mouth.
"Look at you, you didn't even realize that you said that." Minho sighed.
"Think of it Minju, youre finally going to move on from Felix and have someone reciprocate your feelings!" Minho said but it wasn't enough to convince me.
"You sure?" I doubted
"Oh come on Minju, Hyunjin is good guy you're just stuck on Felix because you have lots of memories with him!" Minho said.
"It's like you programmed yourself to like Felix. Why? Because just like your feelings for Felix before, you're scared that you're not going to be loved!"
"You're scared of not having mutual feelings. Which is why you protect yourself by using Felix or rather your feelings for him. But now Hyunjin broke that wall."
"And now that he broke down that wall your confused. I'm sure you dont like anyone seeing that stae of yours. Why? These few days you've faked youself by telling yourself and your mind you like Felix when in fact your heart screams Hyunjin!"
"Don't you even want to get over the you who used to cry over Felix?! Are you going to runaway from yourself again!?" Minho yelled.
I stared at him in shock. "I'm sorry I yelled" Minho said as he calmed himself down.
"I don't want you to end up like me that's why I'm telling you this."
"Yena?" I asked him and he nodded.
"We both knew we liked each other and I thought we would stay the same, but that was only me" Minho sighed.
"Turns out she changed and I missed the chance to tell her I like her and in a just a second I lost her" Minho said weakly.
"Do you regret?" I asked him.
"Yes" Minho wiped the tears that managed to escape and I gave him a hug.
"Now let me ask you when you think of love who do you think of?"
I think now because of Minho i know my answer to that.
"Hyunjin"
I smiled to myself as I finally realized what my feelings were. The things I felt with Hyunjin were true and it wasn't just a facade.
