"Hello Officer Moore how may I help you?"

"You left your house with out telling you dad."

"I left a note and I have my phone."

"Ya well everyone is has been trying to call you." he looked over at Kyle.

"It's not nice to stare officer Moore." he looked back at me.

"Who is he?"

"A living being. Well I hope." I poked Kyle.

"Yep he is alive."

"It's not funny. Come on I'm taking you home." he tried reaching for me but I took a

step back.

"No I'm not going home."

"Please don't do thing again."

"April what's going on?" Kyle asked.

"Everything is fine."

"April I need you to come with me."

"Or what are you going to arrest me again."

"Yes I have orders to."

"Wait you cant arrest her. She isn't breaking the law." I turned and smiled at Kyle. I

took another step back next to Kyle.

"Do I have to call your uncle."

"Yes and tell him I'm arising arrest." I turned around and ran into the water. I could

see officer Moore on the phone. At the edge of the water was Kyle.

"Are you crazy! Arising arrest."

"Don't worry about it. My uncle just doing this to protect me. He already arrest me

yesterday. Oh and I've already tried warning you that I was screwed up." I smiled.

He got in the water an mumble.

"This is the weirdest date I ever had."

"Excuse me. This was lets get to know day not a date."

"Well then can we go on a date then?" I turned to look at him.

"Are you asking me on a date?"

"Yes." I couldn't tell if he was lying or being nice because of his very light eyes.

"You know I'm crazy right? Example officer Moore is waiting on the beach to arrest

me."

"That make you exciting and not boring. There's noting wrong with boring." he did

his sexy smile.

"Okay you should leave before my uncles for a arrest for you too. I'll text you when I

get home."

"Are you sure I don't mind getting arrested." I couldn't help but smile.

"No you should go." I looked down.

"Can we keep us dating a secret? I just broke up with one who happens to be my

friend still. Well my only friend and my uncle and dad will probably hunt you down." I

took a deep breath.

"Ya. Aurally I was going to ask the same thing. Brian is very hung up on you."

"But he's dating Clair."

"How did you know?"

"She called him sweetheart."

"Ya well they have been dating on and off since middle school."

"Ya. I know. It's her fault that I was kidnapped." Kyle went quiet.

"I'm sorry." I said and I got out of the water and headed to officer Moore.

"I'll come but I'm sitting up in front." I started to gather my things.

"Wait. Am I still aloud to call you?" Kyle whispered from be hind me. I turned to look

at him.

"That's your choice?" I smiled.

"Okay I'm ready. Service come." she stopped caching the birds and ran towards us.

"Wait I just remembered that I drove here. So how about I follow you are you follow

me."

"I'll follow you." Officer Moore said.

"Okay." Kyle walked me to my car. I threw my things in the trunk. Service was

already in the car. Her head popping out of the window. I leaned against my trunk.

"Thank you and I'm sorry that I ruined are date." I put air quotes around date. That

made him laugh. Let me tell you he had a sexy laugh that drew you in.

"Don't worry about it." he leand in and kissed my cheek.

"I'll call you later and your not the only crazy one or screwed up person in this

relationship." he whispered. He kissed my cheek again.

"We are not in a relationship."

"Yet."

"Okay run off before officer Moore comes and arrest you for something stupid." I

pulled him into a hug.

"Good bye." I whispered. I got into my car and rode off towards my house with

Officer Moore following me. Something about Kyle made me feel calm and normal.

NOT like anyone else. Not my dad and not Locus.
