This is a much more of a rollercoaster then the movie. Probably because has a lot more couples and side stories. But Jesus do I love this a little bit more than the movie. I think the movie has more cute moments but the couples still hold up on the lovey dovey moments. If you saw the movie then you would know this but if you don't know this then I might be spoiling apart of the story from the movie. But I'm really glad that the Coach/Dad is actually younger and doesn't look as old as the WaterBoyy movie dad looked. Cause this Dad's younger lover is a way more palatable then the other. The Movie dad just looked like he was on the edge of 60 and the lover looking like he was 18 although he was probably just early 20's but still. The acting all around is good as well.
Summary: This series is based on the 2015 movie Waterboyy. Waii is the most popular member and captain of the Ocean College swimming club. He has a difficult relationship with his father who is also the team's coach. Apo is the latest swimmer to join the club and Waii's new roommate.
