C: Cats

Summary: Jeongguk and Taehyung have to take care of a small cat. Taehyung hates cats. Jeongguk grows attached to it and suddenly, Taehyung feels jealous of a damn cat.

Jeongguk and Taehyung were dating for about three years now. They met on April 2nd, in their first year of high school and they confessed by the summer of the same year. They stuck together like glue and they were literally a match made in heaven, they were, as everyone liked to say, 'couple goals'.

The problem was with college when their senior year rolled in. They didn't want to be separated so each one worked harder and harder each and every day to get into the same college that shared both of their interests, but it was expensive and they both didn't have the money for it. By the end of the year, and thanks to their hard work, Taehyung got an academic scholarship and Jeongguk got a basketball scholarship to the same university.

'You guys are really lucky' people would say but no one knew how much they suffered to get there. No one knew about the silent cries and endless sleepless nights. Taehyung spent practically all his time studying to get the highest grades while Jeongguk spent nights at the gym or the basketball court to get where they were now.

Now, according to this, a lot of people judge their sexual... roles if you'd like to say. Some people say that Jeongguk is too much of a muscle pig to be a bottom and that Taehyung was an absolute baby boy which resulted in him being viewed as a bottom. Some other people would say that Jeongguk is the baby boy because Taehyung is too 'daddy material' to be a bottom.

Well, truth is, they're neither. It's all according to the mood and how the other would want it and they were happy this way.

There was one slight, tiny little thing that bugged Jeongguk. He didn't think it would be such a problem and he got over it, really, but it was still there in the bottom of his being that didn't let him stop thinking about it, and it's honestly very silly.

Jeongguk loved cats and wanted one so badly while Taehyung hated them.

Jeongguk made the sacrifice of not getting one since he didn't want problems with Taehyung but it really upset him. As silly as it sounds to anyone else, it wasn't for him. Jeongguk knew he and Taehyung would never be able to have kids biologically and they were still too young to adopt so he wanted a little kitty to take care of it as if it was his own little baby until he actually got one, but Taehyung promptly refused and didn't even try to tolerate one for Jeongguk.

Jeongguk sighed at the memory as his neighbor stood in front of him. "I'm sorry, Jimin. I really, really can't take your cat."

"You're taking it, it's just the weekend please!" He pleaded, giving him the biggest puppy eyes ever.

"Jimin-hyung, seriously. I'm begging you, I can't. Taehyung will have a big problem with it and we're on really good terms. I don't want to do something knowing he won't like it. It'll piss him off." He tried to reason.

"Look, if she causes you problems with Taehyung, I'll talk to him. I'll tell him that I insisted but we can't take her with us and Yoongi and I have been waiting for him to get a break from his work to go on this weekend together. My mom is traveling and my younger brother is allergic to cats. Please, Jeongguk-ssi!" He whined the last sentence. "Plus, she's adorable!" He lifted the cat into Jeongguk's arms.

Jeongguk looked down at the cat in his arms. She was indeed adorable. She was a kitty, not older than a month or two, fluffy white kitty, with two black lines on its head, small fluffy ears and big silvery blue eyes. Jeongguk himself 'awing' and already petting it. The cat purred in his arms and rubbed its head on his chest, softly licking his fingers.
