A little over an hour later the door bell rang and Kane yelled that he would get the door and as he ran to answer it he ran into the door and landed flat on his butt and knocked himself out. I laughed and opened the door.
"Hi you must be Brooklyn" Lauren says stepping over Kane
"Yeah that's me" I say
"Did he run into the door again?" Lauren asks
"This has happened before?" I question
"Several times but it only happens when I come around." Lauren says
"How long does it take for him to wake up?" I ask
"Not long, all I have to do is this" Lauren says and kisses Kane's forehead
"I'm up I'm up" Kane yells and I laugh
"Sweetie you ran into the door again." Lauren says helping Kane up
"Again, I gotta stop doing that." Kane says hugging Lauren
"I found it funny" I say
"Yeah that happens a lot" Kane says picking up his phone
"Brooklyn can I talk to you in the kitchen?" Lauren asks
"Sure" I say and we walk into the kitchen
"I like Kane" Lauren says
"That's great" I reply
"But I don't think he likes me back" Lauren explains
"Girl he runs into the door and gets knocked out whenever you come around." I say
"True, so what should I do?" Lauren asks
"I'll handle it if you take me shopping because these are the only clothes I own." I say
"Deal, let's go shopping first" Lauren says
Ok, KANE IM GOING SHOPPING WITH LAUREN" I yell
"Ok" I hear Kane say
