She was curled up in the corner of the stadium for Kane Brown's next concert. No one knew she was there, that was until Kane spotted her and took her in.
I woke up this morning and went down stairs to find that Kane And Lauren were already up and had several boxes out in the living room.
"Hey guys" I say and hug them both
"Mornin' sweetie" Kane says
"Hey fluffy bunny" Lauren says
"Fluffy bunny?" I ask
"Lauren has nicknames for everyone" Kane tells me
"Oh yeah, and how many nicknames has she given you?" I ask
"Several" Kane replies
"We made pancakes if you want some" Lauren says
I go into the kitchen and ate a pancake
"So today we're decorating for Christmas" Lauren squeals and the dogs bark
"Calm down" Kane tells Lauren
We start by putting the Christmas tree up and Kane sets me on his shoulder so I can put the star on the tree then we put decorations on it. We put all the decorations Kane had which varried from different Santa's to crazy ice sicle lights that he had hung outside. Last Lauren and Kane hung their stockings on the fireplace but I didn't have one so I just watched them from the couch. They put past Christmas pictures on the mantle.
"I feel like something's missing." Lauren says
"I know, but I can't put my finger on it" Kane adds
"There's not a trace of me in this Christmas wonderland" I say
"Get changed, we have somewhere to be" Kane tells me
I go upstairs and change into this

I walk back down stairs and see Lauren and Kane ready to go. We walk outside and I was hit by freezing wind, we get or more like jump for me into Kane's truck. We drive to a house, I'm not quite sure where we're at or why but I go along with it.
"What are we doing?" I ask
"Well what's Christmas without a family photo." Kane says
"Family?" I ask confused
"We're your family, Brooklyn" Lauren says
"I haven't had a family in a while" I say looking down
"Darlin' your ours now" Kane tells me
"Let's just go get our picture taken" Lauren says
"Ok" Kane and I reply
We go inside and apparently it's Carrie Underwood's house. We get our picture taken and we should have them tomorrow.
"Brooklyn, I made you something" Carrie says
She pulls out a purple stocking that has my name written in silver glitter on it.
"Thank you" I say
"Your welcome Brooklyn" Carrie says smiling
We get back home and put my stocking in between Lauren and Kane's.
