Chapter 6📍

Benny's POV:
I wake up to my alarm. Uhhhhhhhhhn I rub my eyes and wake up. I change into my baseball clothes. I spray myself with some cologne just to impress Bella. What am I doing.As I walk up to my kitchen. I see Elizabeth my sister just making some breakfast which I quickly eat.

"be back my dinner"I yell.
"okay" everyone says.

I run into the sandlot and I see bel practicing her swings. She looks so determined and concentrated. I smile by just the thought of her.

"Rodgers" I say
"Rodriguez" She say waving to me.
"May I join" I say
"Get your ass over here" she jokes around.
"Where's the whole crew" she adds
"Well everyone has family over and they wanna spend time"I said
"Oh well you should've told- RODRIGUEZ you were hoping to spend some time with me didn't you " She says hitting the ball as hard as she could.
I smirk.
"You played me" She says pushing me to side with a gasp and a laugh on her face.

Damn did she get even more gorgeous.

Bella's POV:

Oh honey it's gonna be really hard not falling for him. As I watch his tan body and hazel eyes come up to me and say.

"What if we ditched this place?" He said
"Is this the Benjamin Franklin Rodriguez that I played with yesterday?" She said
"No" I said
"Well i actually thought the other one was way cooler" she said and giggled.
"What I'm cool like super cool"I said with a duh tone.
As we were laughing we heard some bikes come near us.
A way to ruin the moment...Phillips. Ugh

"Hey princess" he said.
"Uh the names Isabella come on didn't we talk before." She said rolling her eyes.
I stand in front of bella and cross my arms.
"So She you're little girlfriend" Phillips said
"No" Bella said
Ouch kinda hurt.
"I don't fall for nobody" she said.
"Baby girl you might change you're mind" he said licking his lips looking at her up and down.
"YA HEARD WHAT SHE SAID PHILLIPS GET OUT SHES NO HOE TO FUCK AROUND WITH SHES BELLA WAY TOO GOOD FOR YOU." I said very loudly and anger was eating me up.
"Exactly way to good for you" he said smirking
I lost it.
"Bella who is it gonna be me or him" I said
She's scratching her neck looking at her shoes.
"You" she blushed a little.
Phillips  got up and left.
My heart pounding as hard as it can.

Bella POV:

"Chill you dork I only said that so he could leave" I said
"Oh really" he said picking me up
"BENNY PUT ME DOWN" I yelled
Was he flirting with me ? Meh I still don't know what to feel for him.

He lets me sit down and I jump on him trying to punch him.

We tumble and I fall on him our faces close together.
His eyes twinkling my head started pounding.

I really wanted him to just kiss me already.
"It's hot asf out here,Let's go to the lake" I say while smiling. I licked my lips. It's a bad habit.

Benny's POV:
That was close almost kissed her . I know she doesn't like me. She agreed to go to the lake while licking her soft plump lips. Can she stop it drives me crazy. The way she smiles and laughs makes me wanna just end it all and stop playing games and kiss Her. As we walk to the lake we realize we don't have bathing suits.
We talk about everything laughing , maybe flirting?
"What are we gonna do?!" She said
"Well you do wear underwear right" i said laughing.
"You really wanna do that" she said
"Yeah i don't care it's good" I said
"Ok if you say so" she said

BELLAS POV:

We finally arrive at the Lake. It's empty thank god. I start to take of my shirt and my shorts.
Benny just starts staring at me wouldn't take his eyes out of me. I cover myself with my clothes.I hate my body.
" don't look at me" I say
"Why?" He said
"I hate my fucking body" I said with shame
"How you're body is gorgeous" he said with honesty.
I blush.
I hide my face.
Too late I'm red.
As I look at Benny with his perfect abs looking good as ever.
"Take a picture while you can" he said laughing and smirking.
I roll my eyes.
"Hey can i ask you something ?" He said
"Yeah what's up" I said.

Benny's POV:
Im gonna do it, it's now or never. She looked golden her face bare since she didn't put her make up on. Still looks pretty as hell. I look her.
"Do you have any feelings for" I said
"For Bertram" I finished
WHAT THE HECK BENNY YOU HAD THIS PLANNED OUT.
"Uh okay weird one but no" "he's a good kisser tho" she chuckled which got me mad jealous.
" uh so do you like anybody" I said
"Yeah" she said looking up.
Whoever this asshole is I'm gonna fuck him u-

" good cause I've been meaning to do this" I said as I kissed her on the lips.she pulled back.
"We should go back." She said looking at the sky.
Bella POV:
As we were walking back I was getting really tired .
"Benny?" I said
"Yes princess" he said with his soothing voice echoing through the woods.
"Are we there yet"I laughed
"Almost" he said
We got to our neighborhood.
As we stopped at my house. I look at him. He looks at me he puts my hair back.
He leans in.
I put my hand in his mouth.
"Not so fast Rodriguez."I said smiling.
"All I needed was that smile" he said
"Whatever bye ben, see you tmr" I said
He grabs my waist before I enter driving me insane.
"Whatever we are i want to let you know you're the one." those words stuck with me.
I run into my house all happy and just really red. Still kinda wet.
"ISABELLA WHERE WERE YOU" My mom yelled.
"Mom i didn't miss curfew" I said checking the time.
"Bitch why are you wet probably with that boy" she said. Clearly drunk or high.
"Benny is my friend you could say I'm not sleeping with him or anything we just went to the lake" I said
"YOURE FUCKING TALKING BACK TO ME LITTLE SLUT" she said
"I'm sorry but let me fucking be" I said slamming my door.

I check my messages.

Benny: hey i heard screaming before I left your house you're ok.

Bel: no

Benny: what you got in mind

Bel: sneak out

Benny: my house ?

Bel: you're parents would let you ?

Benny: yeah wouldn't think much of it

Bel: okay I'll see you later at 10;00

I close my phone and grab my pajamas and some shorts and a tear shirt, tooth brush and my toothpaste.I open the window lock my bedroom door and jump off. Benny lives right down the street from me so it's good. I knock on the door and see a older girl open the door.
"May i help you?" She said confused.
"Yeah I have a friend that lives here and said it would be okay I could sleep over, ya know Benny" I said and smiled.
Her mouth open wide.
" Benny you're girlfriends here" she yelled
"Oh I'm not his g-" I get cut off
"Bella come in and don't mind her she's crazy" he joked.
"Am not I'm Elizabeth his sister" she smiled she was so pretty they got good genes.
I smile
"Nice to meet you" I smile as soon as I'm in I dash to the upstairs room where Benny's room is.Looks like baseball trophies and posters everywhere. I stare in awe.
"Woah you're room is sick" I said.
"Thanks" he said.
"You know I'm tired from the lake" I said
"Same you can sleep on the bed I'll sleep in the floor " he said
"You Can just sleep with me" I said
SHIT WHYYYY WHAT DID I SAY THAT.
"Okay"he goes to the bathroom and washes his teeth and I do the same. We end up getting all wet from splashing water at each other. We laugh it off. I get comfy. I close my eyes I feel some hands slide in the covers to my waist. I see him asleep. I play with his hair. And put my head to his chest. I feel different good different,safe. As I'm closing my eyes.Benny Wakes up.
He props his head up. He's staring at me woah he thinks I'm asleep.

"Damn you're so gorgeous" he whispers.
" you made me fall in love with you" he whispers.
I smile
"Same to you" I whisper as I fall asleep
