Benny Pov :

I hug her tightly and kiss her forehead and it's not in a romantic but in a caring way.We both knew that. I give her a soft smile. She just wipes her eyes.

We return to the guys and girl. They were going somewhere. Dariush going the opposite way by himself.

"Woah Woah,Slow your roll, Dora the explora all right this is my clique"

Dariush finishes.

Bella rolls her eyes and face palms her face.

"I'm not fucking dying today"

I nod at bell and we follow Gabriel.

Oh Gabriel, seems pretty cool and shit but let's face it he has the hots for Bella, and that's not happening, nope nada. Bella is special as hell, I don't trust him, or like him. That's for sure.

(Nada~ Spanish for nothing)

We walk out trying to look for a way back to the vans and huh guess who knew even tho we literally found him in the middle of the mountains alone....you guessed it Gabriel. Dariush finally decided to join. I held Bella's hand the whole way there just to give a big statement that she in fact is mine. Not officially but we're close. I think. This clearly didn't go towards Alex he was way into Zhen Zhen. Which I thought was adorable. But Dariush keeps eyeing her and so is Gabriel. Practically all he does.  I roll my eyes of the thought.

"What" Bella gives me a confused look.

"We're missing the game" really the game is the last of your worries Benny.

"oH shit your right" she said.

"Ugh I can't believe it" I lied hiding the best that it wasn't because of her.

"What do you mean game" Gabriel joins in.

"It's nothing" I say trying to get him out the conversation.

"Benny !What! you're in love with baseball basically all you think about and it's your life, well Gabriel .....the Dodgers are having a game, me and Ben are in love with baseball it's practically life to us. I couldn't imagine life without it and of course Benny." She stated.

I smiled and looked down and hid my red face.

"Yeah same" I smiled to her.

"You play sports and you're pretty you are very lucky Benny" Gabriel flashed a quick smile to me and quickly turned all his attention to her.

Well i guess I made it too much of a statement.
Well here it comes.

"Oh ha you're so funny he's my best friend" she said while looking down.

"Yep that's my bestie" I said poking her side.

Bestie what the hell benny man think.

"You're such a dork" she giggled.

"What ?! you like this dork" I wiggled my eyebrows.

She put her tongue out  and she declared a race.

"Bella you're so childish"

"Only for you"

She laughed and we continued running. I smiled

We somehow made it back to where we were. Without Gabriel's needs and we all saw the small group jogging to us.

"You guys are so fast ...h...o....w"

"Well Dariush it's called baseball every afternoon"

I smiled at the memories going through my head what if I don't see those guys again. No i will.

As we turned around we saw that everyone was gone.

"EVERYONES GONE"

Bella stated with tears on her eyes.

"ASSHOLES" Dariush yelled

"Probably got the emergency signal and went back to camp"

Alex stated.

We heard large ass booms everywhere.

"WHAT THE FU"

"FUCK" Bella finished off.

This is not okay. I grabbed Bella's hand but she was already holding someone else's hands. Gabriel. I let go and mouthed a sorry to her. I brushed my hair with my hand and looked at Gabriel. I stared with zero expression and looked at the sky.

"Looks like explosions from the upper atmosphere" Alex said.

Explosions. My heart sank. This has to be the end. Isn't it. I look at Bella and we both knew what I was gonna say.

"Phones"

They nodded.

"Call someone and see if they can picks us up" Gabriel exclaimed.

No shit.

We watch Dariush pull his phone out.

"It's dead! It had 90% to seconds ago PIECE OF  SHIT BOOST MOBILE"

We look for hope as Alex pulls out his phone out and his face drops.

"Mines dead too"

I look at bell with her phone in her hand slightly praying it wouldn't be dead.

"Mine is too"

She says with a small tear.

Then her hair whooshes what the hell, what now.I look at the sky aircraft things come in.

"GUYS RUN" I run to bella and grab her hand motioning for Gabriel to let go. He does. I grab her hugging her and hiding into a far away bush.

"Hey everythings gonna be okay I promise"

"Ben how can you be so sure literally all you hear is booming and Dariush complain"

"Yeah i kn-"

"BENNY I DONT WANNA DIE LIKE THIS"

I hug her as tight as I can her face on my chest, I look at all chaos happening, but yet I was sure nothing would happen to her as long as I was here.

"you won't,but...

Isabella if i don't make it alive

Take care and live for me"

One tear dropping out of my eyes.

"I will and If I die, I will take care of you up there"

She said with a small laugh pointing up at the sky wiping her flooded cheeks.

In that moment I knew I loved her.
