I drove my car onto the school parking lot, got my bag and headed on campus. Scar and I are still not together and we haven't talked since that day she broke up with me but she did send me a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year text. I responded telling her back the same thing, nothing more nothing less.  I miss her like crazy but I'm not going to let her know that, I'm going to just act like I've moved on. That's my game plan to act like I don't give a fuck, hopefully she comes running back to me and the plan doesn't back fire because that'll suck ass.

I'm unpacking my bag when I heard a knock at the door. Angie got up to answer it and in walks Darrell's loud ass.

"Boo!! ... I missed you guys so much... Georgia was boringgg" he said reaching for a hug, Angie and I hugged him then I continued unpacking.

"Aww...I miss you too" I said.

"Sooo how was thanksgiving and all that good shit? " he asked sitting on my bed with his legs crossed one ontop the other.

"Mine was good.. I'm always happy when I spend time with la mia famiglia" Angie answered with a smile.

"There you go with that Italian shit....now I gotta pull up google translate" Darrell said with a sigh as he pulls out his phone.

"It means my family dumb ass...how you even get into college? Lol"  I asked then laughed.

"I knew that duhhh and F.Y.I I slept with the Dean's husband lol"  he jokingly replied as he flipped the hair in his face back.  Angie and I both laughed.

"How was your thanksgiving boo? " Darrell asked looking at me.

"It was good... I had a blast! " Emp said as she walked in and sat on the couch eating a snickers bar.

"Who left the door unlocked? " I asked and they all laughed.

"It was fucked up for me... I got drunk on my birthday and almost fucked some random girl... Scar broke up with me and Christmas and New Years sucked but at least I had Emp and my mom to kinda make me feel better! " I said as I sat next to Darrell .

"OMG why she broke up with you?  Y'all was like Mickey and Minnie mouse" Darrell asked.

"Mickey and Minnie though?  Really? " I shooked my head as he laughed.

"Haha...they really were...you got them big ass ears too Vae" Emp chimed in pointing at my ears laughing her ass off.

"Ha  Ha...Shut up!...You ain't funny" I said with a straight face,  even though I wanted to laugh.

"She just wasn't ready to tell her mom about her being gay and I pushed her into it... so now her mom isn't talking to her...I guess it's to much for her right now" I said to Darrell with a shrug.

"Aww you poor thing " Darrell said twirling his finger in my hair, I slapped his hand away.

"Lol shut up... I'll be ight becuase I plan on getting her back" I said with confidence.

"You go girl! Go get Minnie!... Lol " Darrell said while clapping and I laughed.

Darrell and Emp chilled in my room talking shit for awhile before they left. I told Angie that I'll be in library and left.

I'm reading up on one of the chapters for class when Scar walked passed me and sat obliquely opposite to where I was sitting. I looked at her and waved, she waved back.  I continued reading but my mind was on Scar, I couldn't concentrate so I got up, put my book away and left the library. It sucks seeing her and not being able to hold or talk to her. I walked into my room, sat on the couch and pulled out my laptop.

"Back so soon? " Angie asked looking up from the book she was reading.

"Yea the library was a bit....crowded. " I answered hoping she'll catch where I was coming from.

"Ohhh I see...Scarlet right? ..I think she'll come to her senses and want you back" Angie said with a smile,  I knew she was smart.

"I hope so too" I said as I signed into facebook on my laptop.
