It has been a month of studying in the academy... Today, the students are all gathering on the bulletin board in their dorm after the hunting exam.
Things have progressed a little, and thankfully no students had broke the rules this time. Emily, Mica, Eda, Willem, and Austin were ranked to have the highest capture among the class C-As-- in the class rankings, they have reached the first place, in tier with the Class C-B.

"This month's hunt sure progressed well..." Atia sighed in relief.

"I did contributed that much in this class as the sixth placer!..." Eldas smiled, proudly.

"Right! Although, the top five in our class did contributed in our rankings that much~" Mica said loudly, "You guys sure are pretty, softies..."

"At the very least, I became a column for Austin's rank up!" Atia waved her fist on the air.

"Sorry about your low crysta count..." Austin apologizes to Atia as if he was the reason why she had lower loot counts.

"But man~ you deserved your place Austin!" Ilich stated, "Unlike the other four, you made an effort for it!"

The other top four, turned to him as if questioning his statement. A memory then trailed into them:

...During their hunt, Emily decided to make a team with Mica, Willem, and Eda. They ignored their classmates who are all hunting other monsters within the valley. It turns out that they had discovered a horde of Leibunnies, despite their danger level scales from 1 to 2, they have magic abilities of levitation which makes them a good source of magic crystas. They successfully eliminated the whole horde to get a good amount of crystas, effortlessly...

"I just wished you guys spared one for me!" Lillian complained tearfully, holding a piece of illustration of a sleeping baby Leibunny.

"That's why I said you guys are softies!" Mica protested, "Listen, during the hunt-- there's nothing that matters but hunting crystas--"

"--I don't think it's--" Hugh interrupted but Mica then cuts him off.

"No! Ka-yuteness-- is not the basis of survivability! It is how rational you get, and that's why WE should be rational in the hunting-grounds!!"
Making a dramatic pose, the other three followed her in order to support her idea.

"They're taking this way too seriously..." Ymir sighed.

"Not as serious as--" Petra smiled mischievously but was interrupted by Robyn:

"Please, stop!"

"Oi, class C-C, everyone! History class is starting~!" they heard someone announcing in the midst of the conversations. They all turned to the speaker, Zoul the aeromancer, who was part of the class C-C.
A lot of time had past?

All of the students then headed outside. They may have different schedules but their class time is synchronized, by this time, class C-A had the alchemy class by Miss Hara.

Clicking her stick towards the board filled with illustration guide and formulas. Miss Hara then allows the students to do the potion formula:
"You may now proceed..."

"First would be the d-powder... next would be the rb-feather..." in-sync murmurs were heard as they all poured the ingredients into the boiling experimental tube.

"Hehehehe..." Mica's eyes sparkled. "Nothing is better in alchemy but a salvager!" she then randomly poured all of the ingredients into the experimental tube.

"Ah, Mica! I don't think--" Willem called to her side, although having a monoexpressional face of smiling, he waved weakly as of warning.

"Aculate! That's not part of the formula!!" Hara called, trying to stop the young girl from pouring ingredients any further.
