Okay so i kinda postponed doing the diet but i did it guys!! So these are my results (i wrote them down)

July 1,2019
waist: 33 inches.
Thighs
Left: 20inches / right: 21 inches
Arms
Left: 10 inches/ Right: 10 inches
Bust:41

July 6,2019

Waist: 32 Inches
Thighs
Left: 19 inches / right: 2o inches
Arms
Left: 10 inches/ Right: 10 inches
Bust:40

July 10, 2019
Waist: 29inches
Thighs
Left:  18 inches / right: 19 inches
Arms
Left: 9 inches/ Right: 10 inches
Bust:38

Staring weight: 126lbs
Ending weight: 120lbs

Now weight after 5 days :) :130 lbs oof i know i binged since my sister took us somewhere.

So basically the first 4 days were pretty easy to do but then the 5th day it was getting harder and harder and oof 4 of July my family made this meal and i couldn't eat it. Tough luck man. Also my friends didn't know i was doing this and well i always send them pictures of food since yes. its been 5 days since i stopped the diet and i have gained some weight since i did started eating regularly(and i binged)  .  I don't recommend doing this since it was pretty draining. I am doing another diet so comment which i should do :) .AGAIN I DONT RECOMMEND THIS. I only do this for research and to experiment since im interested. Plus The Jimin Diet i think it was one meal per day but i followed what was said and i ate one meal for 10 days and i kinda had water, Some low calorie fruit bc i need done food to stay alive-
