"Hey," Jimin starts, opening the door a bit more for the younger to come in, "How did you know that I'm here?"
"Namjoon told me," Taehyung says coolly and follows Jimin to the guest room, "Cool, they're letting you stay in here?"
"Yeah," he answers, sitting down on the bed, "I'm sorry for running away."
"Don't be, it's not your fault for being sad, and besides, I want to talk to you about something."
Jimin frowns, "Did Yoongi tell you about what happened?"
"Yeah, he was my last clue to finding out where you are. He ended up crying and telling me everything that happened. He also mentioned about the accident."
"Oh," was the only thing that left his mouth.
"He says he's sorry, by the way," Taehyung takes Jimin's hand in his, "I hope you forgive him."
"I plan to talk to him soon, don't worry," Jimin mumbles, taking his hand out of Taehyung's hold.
"I think I know what you're on about, it's Hoseok, isn't it?"
Jimin's eyes widen, "Why would—"
"I'm the one who was driving, not Yoongi. I'm sorry," he sighs and looks at him with regretful eyes.
"I told the company that I may have potentially killed a person during that crash, they confirmed it once they talked to the police who were in charge of the case. They bribed them to not say our names on the media, knowing well that we would get dragged," Tae's hands began to shake, "I couldn't tell you every single detail, I didn't want you to worry."
"Wait, so Hoseok is..."
"A potential zombie? Yes, that's why I have been so cold towards him."
"Then, why did you not believe me back then? You even told me that his contacts probably fell off."
"I didn't want to believe you at first, because I wanted to believe that he probably faked his own death. I did some research afterwards and it was confirmed that he's really dead."
The whole room fills with silence, tons of thoughts going through Jimin's head. Taehyung's explanation shocked him and he couldn't organize his thoughts.
"Anyway, that's all that I wanted to tell you. I'll give you a few days to organize your thoughts. I'm sorry again."
Taehyung gets up to leave, but was stopped when Jimin's hand grabbed a hold of his wrist, "What is it?"
"How about we come up with a plan? I want to put an end to this."
