I watched Heather from a distance. I had mixed feelings about her. I liked being around her, she's gentle and sweet but at the same time I felt jealous and angry. She's already taken by a mech. Why are all the good femmes taken already? Why isn't there a femme for me? I sighed softly and allowed the question to fload around in my mind for some time. I didn't like Matt at all, I just wanted them to break up so I can have her all for myself. I walked downstairs and approached her. 'Hi beautiful.' She smiled at me. She loved it when I complimented her. It was genuine as well. Usually I don't give people a compliment but she already stole my spark.
'Hi handsome,' she purred back. I wrapped my arm around her and kissed the side of her head. 'How's your Tuesday for so far?' she asked. 'I skipped talking to the fleshbag... I try to keep a low profile,' I replied. 'I am glad you didn't see her,' she said. I cocked my head to the side. Didn't she like it either to see me around other femmes? That means she likes me too. 'She's causing you more harm than good,' she added. I sighed and gave a small nod. 'What?' she asked. 'Nothing, just admiring you,' I said. Now it was her turn to cock her head to the side. 'You look good today,' I said. She picked up on my flirting and snorted. 'Well, I am glad you feel better,' she said.
'I am serious about the compliments I give you,' I said. She smiled, 'I know... me too,' she replied and walked off. I sighed and shivered. I wanted to make her see I really do care. I looked through the hanger and spotted Mirage, he was sitting on his hood and reading a file. 'Hey, Mirage.' He hummed, 'I don't know where your brother is, Sunstreaker,' he said without looking up. 'I was actually hoping if you can buy me some flowers.' He stopped and the look upon his face told me he was confused. 'Why would I buy you flowers?' he asked, raising a brow. 'It's not for me... I want to give them to Heather but I can't leave the base,' I said. He looked around the hanger. 'Hop in,' he said and got up. Was he serious about it?
I hopped in the passenger seat. 'I thought you hated me,' I said as I buckled up. 'It wasn't hate... just couldn't stand your arrogance. Just like you can't stand my arrogance,' he replied while driving off. I looked out of the window, the sun fell on my face. I enjoyed this moment. I barely came outside, only if I was taken to another mental hospital. Dino parked and gestured to me to follow him. 'What kind of flowers?' I asked. 'You're asking me? I don't know her that well... you spend more time with her than I do,' he replied and raised his hands. 'What do females like in general?' I asked. He looked around for a moment. 'Just... give her something that you like because I bet she will love what you will give her,' he said eventually.
My eyes fell on a bunch of sunflowers. 'Sunflowers?' I asked, looking back at Mirage. He gave a small nod. 'Sunflowers symbolise loyalty, adoration and thank you...' I said. 'Well, then you pick Sunflowers,' he said. I bought the Sunflowers and looked at Mirage. 'What?' I asked. 'I never thought you could be romantic,' he said, turning around. 'Because I am a monter?' He halted and turned around. 'No, you're a monster... because you never show much emotions,' he corrected. 'I don't feel much emotion either,' I said. 'I think that for a psychopath... you feel more than some others do,' he muttered. I didn't reply to that and looked around, breathing in the fresh air and getting warm from the sun falling on my back.
'Are you coming?' Mirage asked. I hadn't even noticed I had stopped walking. 'Y-yeah.' I followed Mirage. 'You're okay?' he asked. I gave a small nod, 'I just haven't been outside for months,' I said and shrugged. 'The last time I saw my brother... we were watching the stars togehter. Trying to see figures in them. It was a peacefull and quiet evening. I never wanted it to end. At the time, we had barely time for each other. I told him that... Sideswipe said he would return from his mission as soon as possible and we would go out for a drive together... he just never returned.'
I looked back at Mirage. 'I bet his misses you just as much,' Mirage said. I sighed and hopped in his alt-mode. I looked at the flowers for some time. 'She will like them.' I turned my head. 'She looked like a nice female... I just know for sure she will like them,' he stated. I snorted and couldn't wait to give them to her. 'Thank you, Mirage,' I said he gave me a nod. 'Oh, uhm... tonight, we are going out... I can ask if you can join too,' he said. I slightly cocked my head to the side. 'Really? Where are you going?' I asked. 'Restaurant,' he replied. 'I would like to join,' I said. 'I will ask them,' he said. 'Grazie,' I said. He smirked and shook his head before I walked off to find Heather.
She was talking to a soldier. I waited patiently for her. She seemed to be surprised when I approached her. 'Flowers?' she asked, taking them from me. 'Why?' she asked, smiling. 'Because I wanted too... they're happy flowers, hopefully they cheer you up just like they always cheer me up,' I said. 'That's so sweet, thank you. I love Sunflowers,' she said and kissed my cheek. I was relieved. 'Mirage took me into town,' I said, following her. 'Yeah, I saw you two leave. You enjoyed it?' she asked. 'It wasn't very long but yeah, I did,' I said. 'Mirage offered me to go with them and some other mechs tonight. Hopefully they will approve,' I sighed.
'Otherwise I will beat them up myself,' she said and smiled. 'I bet.' I poked her nose gently. In her room, she placed the flowers in a vase. 'I love them,' she said, smiling at me. I slowly sat down and looked around the room. 'Matt isn't here,' she said. 'I know... I don't want to bring you in more trouble because of me,' I sighed. She waved her hand and lifted my chin, kissing my forehead. I loved the small gestures of affection. I grabbed her and pulled on top of me, hugging her. She giggled and relaxed. After ten minutes, I released her and watched her straddle me before she laid back down and rested her head on my chest. She sighed and relaxed. I wrapped my arms around her. I never wanted to let go of her again.
