Noah is the best. "Must learn how to make nose-shakes like Owen! That'll impress Cody!" Did he make fun of Sierra because he was covertly jealous of her obsession and closeness with Cody? I wish Noah had been on World Tour longer, but I'm happy he got the development he did in season three.
