Chapter 39

Lisa POV.

I'm here. And I am feeling a bit more confident.

Teahyung, who was seated next to me, handed me my blanket. I turned my head and smiled at Jungkook who was on the other side of me.

Many cheers settled down as the woman began talking.

"Hello how are you all, how are feeling right now?" She blurted out.

"We're all..pretty good." Namjoon answered, being the good leader he is.

"And how is your relationship, if you don't mind me asking." She said looking at Rose and Jungkook.

"Uhm.." Rose looked at me and Jungkook.

"It's going pretty..well!" She lied.

The interview went on, and on, and on.

It was a very interesting interview in my opinion, and I actually got to dance with Hoseok and Jimin!

But now, the interview was coming to an end and I was feeling a bit shaky and uneasy.

"Now, do any of you want to say anything to this beautiful audience?" She asked.

This was my time.

"I- I do." I stuttered.

"Lisa!? Ok go on!" She smiled.

"What I need to say is.. pretty long." I kept stuttering.

"Would you like to stand out there?" She said pointing to crew members setting up a microphone stand.

I nodded nervously. I didn't look at anyone around me. I did turn and look at Rose as I stood up.

As I was fixing my microphone, the screams were giving me more of a headache then I already had.

"Hey blinks and Army's!" I laughed a little.
Everyone started to cheer again but I decided to talk over them.

"In here, with the permission of Chaeng, to tell you the REAL story of Rose, Jungkook and me." I took a deep breath nervously.
"It was all back when me and Jungkook were paired for the competition. Jungkook had admited he liked me. He wanted to date me. And I accepted him. We dated, all the things you saw online were true. And then, of course I had to go on a break and go back to Thailand. But jokes on you, Jungkook came over to surprise me since he was a break! We had a brilliant day together and we made a big promise."

There was a very tight not being formed in my stomach as I took a pause to make sure my tears are securely in.

"We both promised we wouldn't leave eachother, and wouldn't cheat. But I guess that didn't last very long when I came home. I was just getting a drink when I found Rose and Jungkook on a coffee date. And these were the exact words used.Rose started by saying.
'do you really prefer Lisa over me?' and Jungkook respond.
' no, of course I'd choose you.'
No one knew how hurt I was. I cried for 2 nights to the point I wanted to die." That's the point to where I couldn't hold anything in anymore. I began to let the tears drop from my eyes and I heard the crowd let out a big 'awww'.
But I needed to continue.

"Skip to sometime later, I eventually let everything go and I was free. Until I found out the truth. Rose did it because she saw how happy I was with Jungkook and Jimin didn't have time for her. Yes you heard that correctly. By this time, my scandal was fading and I was making my way slowly back into Jungkooks arms. And now we're here.
I have been through blood, sweat and tears for the man I love most and I can't hold it in anymore. So yes, me and Jungkook..." I sniffed.

"Are dating!"

A lot of the crowed cheered as I stepped back feeling relieved that everyone now knew.

As I was wiping my flood of years off my face I felt all these arms wrapping around me. The cheers I heard made me only focus on one person's pair of arms. Jungkooks arms.

I turned and put my arms around Jungkook a d let out a laugh as I pulled away from them all.

I made my way over to the interview woman and whispers to her.

"Sorry you have to put up with this, thank you!" I smirked between s couple sniffs.

From that day on, my life was a lot happier as an idol. People appreciated me and Jungkook.
The people who had hated on us when we were being shipped, a lot of them came to realise that they liked us together. Even if it does effect my career I'll still continue to date the person I love. I've been through enough to be with him do I'm not going to give up on him. I'm gonna hold him for the rest of my life.
