[Also, you may have to note that the driver's seat is on the left side]

The three children bounced happily towards the open vehicle. The car keys bounced with the same excitement in the Jaeyeon's hands. "Are you excited for me to take you on a birthday drive?" She beamed, her eyes sparkled, holding their childhood innocence.

"Yes." The other girl answered.

"NO!" Woojin screamed, holding the girls back from what he believed would be a big mistake.

He was ignored. "Imagine, the 1 0, you're older than us now." Jaeyeon held the girl close, pointing to the bright skies.

The children, more like Jaeyeon, had decided to do something fun for her best friend's birthday after they were having a pretty lifeless day at the house. Jaeyeon's brilliant idea was to take the other children on a joyride with her mother's car that's keys were conveniently lying in the living room. Fate, she said it was.

Fate.

The children got in, after seriously almost dying from trying to convince the sensible boy. Jaeyeon took the driver's seat, the birthday girl took the passenger's seat and the youngest of them all, Woojin secured himself in the back seat.

Jaeyeon struggled to see over the steering wheel but nothing would get in her way now. She was desperate for some fun.

They set off.

Slowly at first, but quickly gaining speed, they left the neighbourhood. Jaeyeon kept off of main roads , but opted instead for roads that were mostly used for trails. They saw they had completely abandoned residence areas.

They saw the vast and tall growing grass on each side as Jaeyeon sped up again. They were starting to relax as the wind massaged their scalps and they were finally calm. Maybe this is fun after all.

In their bliss, Jaeyeon's hands left the steering and she peered out the window, feeling the wind abuse her face. This was nice.

All of sudden, they felt the car sink. With it, went their stomachs. The car was back up again after hitting a sudden pot hole, but it was definitely out of their control. The car started to skid. The wheels felt unattainable and operated as if they were a mind of their own, no matter how much Jaeyeon attempted to control it.

Fate.

Suddenly, this was not so good of an idea.

The car began to rock, as it meet with a gravel road. The tires changed the direction of the car as it now headed ahead, sideways......into the side of the carved hill.

The children began to get frantic, screaming and crying for help, but to no avail. They no longer had control. There is a point where people can no longer change life's outcomes and this was it.

The visual on the hill got closer and closer. The birthday girl wailed and bawled as she knew the impact was meant for her. She was on the side the car was gearing towards.

There was no hope left as the three just watched it happen.

"Jiwon!" Jaeyeon screamed as blood splattered to her face, but she actually could no longer see her. The right side of the car was totaled and rubble from the hill also fell down on the car. And she could no longer see the image of her best friend, who she wished she could take the place of in an instant.
