New hope... thats what we have. Hope that we will make it out alive. Hope for raising a child like the way we always dreamed. Hope for having a family. That's all we need. We start walking again.
I know he's following. I just can't see him. I know Tony knows. He just doesn't want to worry me. Then again, I am the one carrying his baby. We keep walking. "Well, i guess it can't get any worse.." I say. All of the sudden, like magic, it starts POURING.
"I should've seen that coming!" Tony yells through the rain. He puts his arm around my back and leads me over to this little rock cave type thing and we stay there while waiting for the rain to pass.
The time passes slowly... While we wait, we have nothing else to talk about besides the baby.
"So hpw long have you known?" tony asks me.
"about two weeks..." I respond.
"And why didn't you tell me again?"
I look into his eyes. "I honestly don't know... I was scared... scared that you wouldn't want it... I know how much you hate kids and I thought that you would hate the idea of having one of your own..."
He smiles, almost laughing, and says, "Ziva, where do you get these ideas in your head??? Why would I ever be mad at you for something I want?"
"You're right Tony. I don't know why I'd think such a thing..."
We hear footsteps... Then we hear boots go by. The man went past us. I get up and grab my gun and load it with the last bullet we have.
Tony grabs my leg. "Ziva, no. Don't."
I look at him with determination in my eyes. "This ends now. You stay here. Don't you dare come out after me, no matter what." I go out and with my mossad ninja skills, I sneak up behing him and get ready to put the gun to his head and He stops and turns around and knocks the gun out of my hand. He takes the offensive side and starts throwing punches at me and I quickly block them. I kick him in his gut and he returns with a punch in my jaw. We struggle for a while longer and I finally get him good. I run towards the gun and he grabs my leg and pulls me down and he crawls toward the gun. I grab his legs and pull him back. I go after the gun one more time and grab it. I turn around to see him running for me. I aim. I only have one bullet. This Is the most important move I can ever make. It has to be a good one. I shoot... Imanage to have hit him right between his eyes. He falls to the ground... dead. My head aches and my muscles are sore. He managed to get in some good punches/kicks. Tony comes out and I look up then jump up."I TOLD you not to come out!!!" He never listens!
"Ziva..." He puts his hand on my face and gently rubs my eyebrow, one of the spots that the aweful man got me. "That looks horrible."
"It's over, Tony. let's go home."
We start walking the opposite way from which we've been running. Soon, we are out of the woods. "Oh crap..." I hear tony say.
I look over at what he's looking at. "Not again!"
So much for new hope!
