Sophia's POV
I roll out of bed and walk into the bathroom. I take a quick pee and wash my hands. I throw my hair back into a messy bun. I look up at the mirror trying to get a full look of my face. My eyes had multiply bags under neath, my nose was crimson red. I was sick due to the mix of spring and winter air.
I walk downstairs and I am greated by my lovely family. They are all sitting in the kitchen eating breakfast.
"Hey mom. Hello dad. Ugh the rest. " I giggle at the end not being serious. Alexis rolls her eyes, while Shane just sits there with the confused face. But Shane looks like that everyday so nothing new for him.
"You look like shit. " Alexis says. Im pretty sure she forgot my parents were at the table. If she would have known they was there she would never swore. I knew she had forgotten because her face turned red after she said it.
"It slipped mom." She rushed out before my mom could even yell at her about it.
Our mother glared at her and told her make sure it doesnt happen next time. Alexis nodded her head and shoved her fork full of eggs which were covered in ketchup into her mouth.
"Dad what do you think of me and Shawns friendship. " I ask out of full blown curiosity.
"I honestly don't care for this Shawn guy. " My father says that and I am some what offended.
"Shawn is a nice person and he asked if he could come over. Can he ? " I asked. Hopefully my dad will see that Shawn is a grate influence on me. And he is really an amazing person.
"Your allergies are acting up. Do wanna get him sick. " He said matter of factly.
"Dad come on. " I groan. Seriously my dad needs to let me grow up and while he's at he can grow up too.
"Where are you going to take me." After that he walked right out of the kitchen. I roll my eyes.
"Mom you have to talk to your husband." She just smiled shaking her head.
I walk back to my room and quickly get dress. I take my hair out of the bun and brushed my hair then did the bun over.
"If Shawn can't come over here. I'm going over there. " I yell that throughout the house. I slam the door shut, walking out.
I know what i did was rather abrupt but my parents are constantly treating me like i'm a kid. What can I do when they keep pushing and pushing me. I guess I have to push back.
I get on the bus that takes me to the hotel Shawn is staying at. I got to the 8th floor and got to Shawns room.
I knock on the door once and who i am guessing is his mother answers the door.
"Hi, Im here to see Shawn." I greet the lovely lady at the door.
"Oh dear I didn't know he was expecting anyone over so its a little messy. But his room is to the left " She says and runs her hand through he long brunette hair. She slides over holding to the door a little more wider so i can comw through.
When i enter the room, Shawn was layed out on his bed and he was watching Monster inc. I smiled slightly at the the view. Shawn looked so happy and cute rolled up in the sheet.
I slam the door shut which might of scared Shawn because he jumped up. As soon as he noticed it was me he gave a toothless smile.
"Mind if i join?" I ask sweetly. And Shawn gave me a small nod and moved over to make room for me.
