I woke up to the same roof I've been missing to see,
when I came to my senses and had the power to slowly sit up
I saw a familiar face, It immediately made me bust down in tears.

''How are you feeling, Jungkook?''
Jimin's painfully sweet smile greeted me as he sat down
next to me on the edge of my bed.

''You don't have to pretend that you like me...
I already know what you feel-''

''No, Jungkook those we're all lies''
Jimin interrupted me and shook his head in disappointment.
''Who do you wanna believe in? Your stepbrother, or a guy who raped
both of us?... It's your choice. You do know that I love you..."

Jimin's eyes twinkled but it wasn't because he was happy,
it's because he was sad. As if he blamed himself for something,
I didn't want to remember what happened but yet, I couldn't remain quiet.

''What happened to Taehyung?''
I sniffled and wiped my tears away as I looked down.

''He... Min-Seo dealt with him''
Jimin got up from my bed before I gripped his shirt
and dragged him back down.

''Tell me, what happened to him. Where is he?''
My desperate voice asked again as I held a firm grip on Jimin's shirt,
his face hesitates but then decides to give in and tell me.

''He got shot, however he barely survived when he was taken to jail..''

''Who shot him...?''

Jimin sighed and looks at me.
''Min-Seo did, she eventually did get through
the cops and made them understand everything
so she didn't get locked up for killing someone''

I sighed in relief and laid back down then looked at the ceiling.
Jimin eventually joined and laid down next to me.

''What did I do to deserve this?''
I softly whispered as I look at him with teary eyes.

''Jungkook, it's over alright? Don't think about the past
if you wanna move on''
Jimin caressed my cheek and smiled sweetly before
leaning in and kissing my lips and my bruises on my neck.

At that point, everything felt like it was gonna be alright,
even though we didn't have anything left, It felt like once I had him
in my arms, in that apartment and after what happened, everything
could fix itself.
