Chapter 25-the plan

Robin's POV

The video ends. I remember the looks on the league's faces when they saw us. Surprise. Shock. Fear. Concern. If I didn't know them, I'd say that they would give up their codes and the watchtower just for us. Luckily, I do know them and I know that Batman will think of a plan to get us out of here. The injustice league turn around. "Well that was quite a show, don't you think? Their faces were priceless!" The joker cackles. I scrowl, while the others look at him disgusted. He took it as a joke. Then again he's the joker. "Well my little heroes, now that we've got the league in a hard situation...you get to see where their loyalties lie. Do they care for you...or the rest of the world?" "We all know they're gonna protect everyone else! Sacrificing our lives are a small deal compared to risking the world's just for us. They'll be doing the right thing!" I yell. "Oh really, boy wonder? What makes you so sure of that? I happen to know the league has a soft spot for you...they may end up doing the wrong thing," the joker grins. "Oh yeah? Well we know our mentors! They'll choose the rest of the earth! They know the cost is too great!" Wally retorts. "Really little flash? If you could choose between saving your mentors and Saving the world, what would you choose?" Count Vertigo asks. This shuts Wally up and he glares at the ground. Only I know of Wally's hard past. He can't just give up his uncle's life even if it means many more lives are lost. Barry did many things for Wally. One of them includes saving him from his abusive parents and adopting Wally as his own. "Maybe we would choose our mentors, but we're not them. They make their own choices, and their choice would be very obvious." Artemis says. "That's right. They know we would rather die than be freed and watch you take over the world with your evil," M'gann supports us. "We'll just see, won't we?" Poison Ivy says. The injustice league then leave the room, shutting the door and leaving us in the darkness.

Batman's POV

"We're not giving up our codes and the watchtower are we?" Hawkgirl asks. "We can't! Who knows what the injustice league will do!" Wonder Woman supports Hawkgirl. "But the team! We can't leave them to die a bloody gory death at the hands of those criminals!" Zatara argues. "They'd want us to save the world, not risk everything just for them!" "They're our apprentices!"

"The fate of the world depends on our choice!"

Arguements fill the room as everyone voices his or her own opinion. Black Canary and I exchange a look. We need to get everyone to stay calm. This is getting out of hand. "Everyone! Calm down!" I yell. Everyone stops, except for the few who are still whispering and arguing, exchanging angry glares. "We can think of a solution. Just give us a few hours, we'll think of a plan. We'll get out protégés back, and we'll make sure the Injustice league gets what they deserve."

"And how do you expect to do that? We can't track them, can't find them, we have no choice!" Green arrow scrowls.

"Simple. We make a new deal with them. We arrange a place to meet the injustice league. We make them gives us our apprentices. Then, we ambush them."

"Sure, but they would suspect something." The flash says

"Not to mention the fact that they have the teams powers. They're harder to beat." J'ohn points out.

"We'll have to think of a way then. The team has their weaknesses. With the team's power, they have the same weaknesses. We need to fight them with the knowledge of their weaknesses so we can take them down." Everyone nods, and the atmosphere isn't so tense anymore. "When do we start preparing?"

"Now. Zatara, Martian manhunter, follow me. We need to call the injustice league to make a new deal."

Me:that was it! Yey! They will be saved soon! Yaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay! Okay so, sorry for not updating in a long time. I needed time to plan what the league was gonna do. So, I hope u enjoyed this! Thanks for 2.9k views! You guys
