Gerard's pov

I ran up to Mikey's room, rather excitedly in my dark vampire costume, "Hurry up, Mikey! We're gonna be late!" I yelled, slamming my fists against the door.

"Calm down, I'm almost done." His voice was muffled through the door. Our first real halloween party... and we're going to be late! Ughh...

Finally, Mikey opened the door in his Han Solo costume, plus his beanie on his head. Does he ever take that thing off?

"Alright, let's go!" I yelled, very excitedly, Mikey rolled his eyes, "It's just a lame party, why is it so important?"

"Because miss Caroline will be there and this is the night I shall steal her heart." We began to walk to the door.

"Oh yeah, cause the prom queen's gonna go out with a punk like you!" He snickered, and I playfully punched his arm. The party wasn't very far so we walked, it took us about ten minutes to get there.

We walked through the door as we were immediately met with music blasting way too loud, the strong scent of alcohol, and drunk teens having a blast. We were having a great time, well at least I was.

"Hey sugar, ya wanna dance?" I asked Caroline, dressed as a playboy bunny in the corner.

"As if!" She threw her drink at me, I barely jumped out of the way, bumping into a sexy devil. I turned around to face her.

"Hey baby, ya wanna dance?"

"Fuck yeah!" She yelled, clearly drunk off her ass.

As we were dancing I looked around and spotted Mikey leaning against the wall, not having a good time. I guess this isn't really Mikey's crowd...

The sounds of police sirens snapped me out of my thoughts, "The police are on their way..." Someone said.

"We gotta get outta here..." Soon enough, people were running every which way to get out of there. Mikey...

I looked back where I had seen him before. Where the hell did he go!?

"Mikey!?" I ran around the house trying to find him,"Mikey!?" finally, I found him on the floor.

"I got pushed and shoved and trampled..." He said, getting up and examining his torn costume.

"Come on Mikey, we gotta get outta here..." I grabbed his hand and ran out the back door.

"Hey! You kids!" A police car was right in front of us.

"Fuck!" I heard Mikey yell. We're not going out that easily...

We turned and ran passed the car. We just kept running as we heard the sirens boom. We had made it to the cemetery where another party was taking place, but it wasn't as big as the one before.

The cops drove through, hot on our tail. Finally, we made it to a garden with a large wall behind it, we climbed to the top as the car pulled up in front of it.

"Hey kids jump down from there! This is private property!"

I looked at Mikey, we both jumped down, not in front of the cop car, but on the other side. We both got up and looked around. Wow this place is amazing... How did we not know there was a huge forest here?

We both took a step forward, and we both tripped, and we both rolled down the hill leading down to the forest. I hit the ground with a loud thud and got knocked out. The sun shone bright as it woke me up. Where the hell am I??

I was confused as hell as the memories from last night finally came back to me. I got up and looked around.

"Mikey?..." I couldn't find him anywhere. He can't be that far...

"Mikey!? Where the hell are you!?" Oh geez I lost him, what am I gonna do? Oh god no...

"Gee!" I heard his voice, but I didn't know where.

"Mikey? Where are you!?"

"I'm right here!" I followed his voice, I finally found him, entangled in a bush.

"I have no idea how to get home." I said, pulling him out.

"Let's just walk around, maybe we'll find someone that'll give us directions."

"Okay, wait, do you have your phone on you?" I asked, pulling my own phone out.

"Yeah..." He pulled his out. Mine wouldn't turn on.

"Dead!" I yelled in frustration.

"Mine too, let's just walk around and see if we can find someone..."

We began to walk, not knowing where or what lies ahead of us.

New story, sorry this chapters kinda shorter than my normal chapters, I mean you guys aren't even in the story yet! Trust me tho you'll show up next chapter. Also this is loosely based off one of my favorite cartoons over the garden wall, well at least the beginning is. Have a swell day~ peace out cheesebags
