I've always loved the rain, why wouldn't I? It helps my plants grow and I always feel refreshed when rained on. Another thing I love is Conner Kent. We've been dating for nearly a year and he knows me better than anyone else. 

Maybe that's why he invited me to go dancing in the rain with him. I was walking along the cobblestone path that left from Mount Justice in a (f/c) sundress. I stopped to admire the foliage. I'd planted a garden here as soon as I moved in, and liked to come by every day to check up on it. 

My (f/f) were doing especially well. The sun was beginning to set further, and the rain made it seem like the sky itself was a painting that was streaking. So, I begun to walk up the beaten trail, observing the various plants as I went along the scenic route. 

I finally noticed Conner. He was standing at the top of the trail, staring out into the view. I couldn't help but notice his sharp jawline and bright eyes. He turned (having heard my footsteps) and smiled at me. Wearing his normal t-shirt and shorts despite the pouring rain, he wiped water out of his eyes.

"Hey (y/n), your (f/f) are looking very nice." He complimented my garden making me blush and shyly smile. 

"You're looking very handsome Conner." I blushed an even darker red and his smile grew. I then noticed some music drifting in. It was one of my favorite songs, can't help falling in love with you by Elvis Presley.

He walked slowly towards me and gently grabbed my hand. Conner was always so sweet and gentle towards me, acting as if I might break at the slightest thing. He set his hand on my waist then twirled me around. I accidently made small flowers bloom at our feet because of how happy I was.

We laughed and smiled the entire time, near the end, Conner finished the lyrics and sang softly, "I can't help falling in love with you." Then he kissed my forehead. I may be a tad bit short. I stood up on my tiptoes and kissed him on the lips. 

Then I told him, "I can't help falling for you". We sat up there until the rain stopped, then we walked hand in hand back to the mountain.
