With her new camera and lens snapped into place, Angeline quietly walked around perimeter of the secret garden and snapped pictures of the simple affair and sighed as the bride and groom held each other’s hand and smiled assuredly at each other. “That’s it!”, thought Angeline, that’s what I’m here for. And with each moment that past, Angeline took notice of the simple gestures shared between the two lovers; of the way the groom’s thumb softly circled the back of his bride’s hand as a reminder of his love; of her leaning against his arm as if being pulled by an invisible force inch by inch; of their smiles and laughs as a soft breeze floated the bride’s veil around them both and momentarily shielded them from view; and of the groom taking advantage of this moment and stealing a kiss before the maid of honor could settle the veil back into place. All these small details were the story of their romance and it was Angeline’s job to tell their story with each snap of her lens. Angeline has been around weddings and their dramas for many years, but this wedding and these two would stay with her for years to come, she just knew it.
