Music: Killer Love from Nemesis '94

Alfanzo Dubaizr, the leader of the Russian organization, N.O.T.E.S (No One Taints Evil Society), sits at his desk, watching Youtube videos when his informant comes in.

"Sir... it looks as if we're going to have to delay the attack on the US. Our men simply aren't strong enough yet," he tells his boss.

Alfanzo breaths a heavy sigh. He knew the men he had equipped were somewhat weak at first (he was on a tight schedule and wanted the attack to be done on a specific date), but this was a disappointment.

"Excuses, excuses, excuses! I am not delaying our attack just because of a bunch of wimpy men! Whip them into shape, NOW!" Alfanzo yells.

"B-but sir, that's not all," the informant stutters out, getting out his tablet. "We got someone to hack into the government files, and we found this." A folder for the group People About Confrontations comes up, with a file saying, "Powerful Kids needed for PWEI mission". The informant clicks on the file, and up comes information about 11 specific children with powers.

"We feel as if these children are a threat to us. It says here that they were able to save over a dozen captives from an evil organization known as PWEI," the informant tells Alfanzo. Alfanzo scratches his beard slowly, and thinks, finally, he laughs.

"Hah! Like a bunch of 13-year olds scare me. They're no match for us," Alfanzo smirks. He turns to his Dalek servant, and demands, "Dalek, go find these children and take them out."

"I. DO. NOT. TAKE. ORDERS. FROM. HUMANS." the Dalek screamed in reply.

Alfanzo turned to his informant, and says, "Take the Dalek away and make him follow orders. Use the electricity if you have to."

"Will do, sir," the informant salutes, and drags the Dalek out of the room. When he's alone, he takes a look at the children himself, to see what he can learn about their powers.

"Oh dear... we might be in for some trouble after all..."
