"Ok then" said Ian "let's start with Savanna. I know you can use your powers but you can't really control them. I want you to close your eyes and visualize setting those curtains on fire. And Sypress you know how to shoot water,right" she nodded yes "good, then I want you to get ready to put the curtains out. Ready, now!"
Savanna closes her eyes and almost instantly the curtains caught fire but quickly spread.
"Sypress don't shoot yet. Wait until I say so. Savanna I want you to try and stop the fire ok. Try it now."
She looked as if she was straining to gain control over the orange flames burning the curtains but nothing was happening.
"Ok now Sypress, blast it"
Sypress held out her hands and blasted cool water onto the hot flames and also everywhere else.
"Ok then. Good job both of you. You are very powerful but we need to work on control. Not only can you produce elements but you can control them. I know you can." Said Ian with a look of determination.
They spend the rest of the day training and slowly but surly learning to control their powers.
