Its been a couple of weeks since Christian proposed, and everything has been good. Today is Carter first day of school. He going to Pre-K. I can't believe this, my baby, my first born is in school now. We just pulled up to the school.
"Okay baby. Are you ready." I turned and looked back at Carter.
Carter nodded. "Yes mommy. Let's go.!"
"Hold on man, let me come get you out." Christian says as he got out the car.
Christian came and opened my door. Then he got the kids out. I grabbed Carter hand and we walked into the school. I looked on each door looking for his name, that's when I found it.
"This is your class." I tell Carter.
We all walked in the classroom. That's when the teacher walked up. "Hello, I'm Mrs. Diana. And who is this handsome baby."
"This is Carter, I'm his mother Lourdes and this is his father Christian." I introduced us
She nodded. "Carter do you want to go by the other kids and play?"
Carter wrapped his arms around my legs. "Mommy you coming?"
I looked at Christian. He squatted down. "No lil man, you go play with the kids and we will be back later on to come get you."
Carter shook his head. "No, I want mommy to stay. Sissy's can stay too."
That's when a little boy ran up to Carter. "Hey, you wanna play with the cars with me. That boy is eating his boogers."
Carter nodded his head and ran with the boy.
"School ends at 3, so I will see you all later." The teacher says
We nodded and headed out the room. We put the girls in the car. We hopped in the car and pulled off. That's when I started crying.
"I knew it was coming. He's growing up, he cannot be up under you forever." Christian says
I hit him. "He is my baby, no one will take as good of care of him as I do."
"I understand, but it's just pre-K. Not high school graduation. But anyway, I need to head to the trap." Christian asked
I looked back at the girls. "Take us home."
