Chapter 10

~I wanted to tell you how Luke feels about Julie and everything~

~Luke's POV~

I can't believe it has been 29 weeks since I left Julie. I miss her like crazy. I think Calum and Ashton mainly noticed because I am always down. I love Julie but I'm just a coward to tell her. We have chemistry and history. Today we just wrote a new song. Of course it is about Julie and I think Michael noticed it the most. He even asked me who I wrote the song for and I didn't even have to tell him because he knows how I feel about Julie. 

My thoughts were interrupted by Calum. Who else would interrupt my thoughts.

"Hey mate you okay?" Calum asked with worry in his eyes.

"Yeah I just can't wait to get this song out." I utter.

"Why do you want to get this song out so bad? Did you write it for someone special?" He questioned.

"I want it out so bad because I wrote it for Julie and I need her to know how much she means to me." I added.

"Dude why didn't you tell me?" He utter.

"Hey told me." Michael piped in.

Great now Calum looks pissed and Michael is just grinning away.

"I thought everyone knew that I felt that way about Julie. Of course I would write that song about Julie." I said in my duh voice. They should have known that I felt that way about Julie. Every time we talk about her my face turns red and I blush. 

"Well I knew you liked her that way. I just didn't know that you wrote the song about Julie." Calum said.

"Anyone can see that he wrote it about Julie." Ashton piping into the conversation as well.

We just sat on the couch in silence. The silence was broken by a ring. It was my phone ringing. I got it out of my pocket and looked at the caller i.d. 

It read the studio. Why in the world would the studio be calling me? Shouldn't they be calling our manager? I answered it to not sound rude.

"Hello" I answered confused.

"Is this Luke Hemmings?" A voice asked me.

"Yes this is. What do you need?" 

"I was wanting to tell you that the song will be coming out tonight at midnight. I tried to get a hold of your manager but he wouldn't pick up his phone." The person told me.

I was in shock because the song that I wrote is finally coming out. Finally Julie will get to hear how I truly feel about her. My thoughts were interrupted again but this time it wasn't Calum.

"Is that okay with you? Uh...Hello?" The other person on the line was talking.

"Uh yeah that's perfectly fine with me. You said midnight tonight correct?" I asked to make sure I don't miss it. 

"Yes that is correct. I have to go but the song will be on the radio station that last interviewed you." 

"Okay thanks bye"

With that I ended the call. I just sank back into my seat in relief. 

"Who was that mate?" Calum asked from beside me.

"It was the studio telling me that our new song will be out tonight at midnight on the radio station we got interview last. It will be heard everywhere." I replied back. I put my hands behind my head.

"Your happy aren't you Luke?" Michael asked me from the other side of me. 

"Yeah I am Julie is finally gonna hear want she means to me but how is she gonna know?" I asked suddenly sad.
