"Where are we going?"

Beck looked over at Jade, smirking. "I want to show you something."

"I don't like surprises. Just tell me where we're going." Jade snapped.

Beck turned down a road. "Nope."

Jade groaned. "What are we doing?"

He chuckled. "I'm not telling you that either. You'll see when we get there."

Jade crossed her arms over her chest.

Beck turned up another road and grinned. "This is my favorite place. You can see all of Hollywood."

Jade scoffed. "Hello? Pop star." She said pointing at herself. "I've seen all of Hollywood, it's not that impress-" Jade stared out his windshield. "Wow. This is so- It's just so beautiful."

Beck looked over at Jade. "Yeah. The most beautiful thing I've ever seen."

"I've never seen Hollywood this way." The lights of the city sparkled in Jade's eyes and danced across her face.

Beck was staring at her. "I've never seen anything more beautiful."

"I thought this was your favorite place? Don't you see this all the time?" Jade turned to Beck to see him leaning closer. She stared into his eyes until her lips met his. He kissed back.

He pulled away after a moment. "I'm sorry." He shook his head. "I don't know what came over me. You're Jade West and I'm just some guy from, well from Canada." He admitted softly.

"Canada? Ew." Jade said making Beck frown. "I'm kidding." She chuckled.

Beck smiled again. "Oh."

"I don't care where your from. You don't care where I'm from right? That I'm from the land of fame and- and controlling people." She commented.

Beck shook his head. "No, I don't, but I know we can't. I understand."

Jade bit her lip. "We have to go back and if you and I, if we got together, I would never want to leave."

Beck smiled. "You like me too?"

Jade chuckled. "Just because I'm a pop star doesn't mean I only crush on pop stars." She scoffed at him.

"Well, there's tv stars and movie stars and male models and-" Jade grabbed his face and kissed him again. "Me."

"Sorry, but you were rambling."

"I want to kiss you a lot, but I know we can't." Beck sighed. "I get it."

"I want to kiss you a lot too, but I have to go back soon, in another week."

"Stay with me." Beck exclaimed. Jade frowned and he sighed. "Sorry, that's unfair. I know you can't stay. I know you have to go back. I didn't even want to kiss you." Her jaw dropped. "No, I-I mean I did, I do, but I didn't want to because I knew if I did I would never want to say goodbye."

"We have another week. It's not goodbye yet." Jade said, frowning. "But we can't be together. We can be friends. That's it. I can't- I can't get used to you being around. I can't- we can't date, but we can be friends."

Beck frowned and rested his head against hers. "I know. Okay." He pulled away. "You're my celebrity crush. I just wanted you to know that."

Jade chuckled. "You're my first kiss. I just wanted you to know that."

Beck leaned back a bit and gave her a look. "Really? Tori's magazine said you dated James Diamond of BTR."

Jade shook her head and scoffed. "No. We're just friends, but for publicity purposes we are in a very dramatic on-again off-again relationship."

Beck frowned in confusion. "Uh?"

"Fans like reading drama and we need people to buy our stuff. It's stupid."

"No, I get it. Well I'm honored to be your first kiss Jade West." He smiled.

"Lucy." She chuckled. "Jade West is just a stage name. My name is Lucy."

Beck smiled. "Pretty name. My name is Beckett. Nice to meet you."

Jade chuckled too. "Nice to meet you."

Beck sighed. "We should head back."

Jade pouted. "Yeah, Char is probably wondering where I ran off to."

Beck started backing away from the peak. "Char? Do you mean Cat?"

Jade nodded. "Charlotte. Stage name is Cat Valentine." She chuckled.

Beck chuckled too. "The things they don't tell you in the magazines."

"They can't. We asked for stage names so only our manager and producer know our real names and they are legally bound to not tell anyone."

Beck chuckled nervously. "What? Are you two criminals disguised as pop stars or something? Hey that might be a pretty cool tv show idea."

Jade shook her head. "No. We, um-" She sighed. "I can't tell you, sorry, but it's not just my story. It's Char's too."

Beck nodded. "I understand. As long as I'm not harboring fugitives." Beck joked as he drove back to his RV.

Jade let out a nervous chuckle. "No." She looked out the window and stared at the cars zipping by. "We're not."
