Lonnie finds an old board game: Shacrony. She invites her friends Mal, Ben, Jay, Evie, Doug, Carlos, Jane, Audrey, and Chad to play the game with her. They all choose a character. But something very unexpected happens: they get sucked into the game...
Lonnie wasn't lucky. Her alarm clock stopped working 2 weeks ago, and she gave all her money to pay Evie for a dress she made for her. Every morning she was too late for class. The teachers were tired of it. They sent her to the arctic of Auradon Prep to clean it up, it was a total mess. Lonnie sighed. She stood there, on the arctic, with her brooms, mop, water, and buckets. 'Well, I guess we can start.'
With those words, Lonnie started to clean. She stopped when she found a mysterious box with dust all over it. She blew it, but she still regrets that. She coughed and sneezed a few times. She read the title: 'Shacrony'. It looked really cool, for Lonnie's opinion, so she decided to read the back of the box.

Lonnie smiled. This seemed like something for her and her friends! 'Let's see: '10 players required'.' Wait a second: herself, Evie, Jay, Ben, Mal, Doug, Chad, Jane, Audrey, and Carlos. That's 10, perfect! She took out her phone. Ugh, no service! Stupid arctic! Lonnie took the board game with her and ran to her dorm. Her roommate, Ally, wasn't there, she was lucky. She texted her friends in their group chat.
'Guys! Come to my room! I found something on the arctic!'
Lonnie put a table in the center of the room. She gathered all the chairs she could find in her room, 5, and put them around the table. The board game stood in the middle of the table. 'Well, I guess Mal could spell 5 other chairs, ' Lonnie said to herself. She looked up when she heard a knock on her door. She squealed a bit. 'This is going to be so much fun!'
